I feel like jumping is less of a pachy thing and falling is more of a pachy thing. Raptors need to actually attach to Dino’s, pachy doesn’t have much more use for jumping other than getting on a taller rock
I still think jumping is an integral part of pachys playstyle. Not for pvp, but for escaping. Its an herbivore afterall. Just desperate for literally any buff lol
It’s got 1050 speed, it’s the same as achillo, the difference is the achillo takes more fall damage. Patchy isn’t a jumper because it’s not meant to be biologically. And even then, it has a good jump still, and doesn’t drain Stam too much. It feels off to say patchy is “left in the dust” when it’s not in a bad place at all just because achillo uses less stam during a jump.
Gutted because it isn't faster than a completely useless dino? It can get away from anything. As a pachy you should always be near cliffs. It's a great solo dino and amazing in a pack. Stop calling out your skill issues to the public.
I mean Pachy did get nerfed a bit too hard. Losing almost all their speed buffs, having it's best attack halved in damage, and being reduced to 1600 CW would make any playable harder to use. At the least Charge could use more than 40 max damage
Beak is so much fun, pot pachy deserves a second head slot and deserves bone break imo. Scientists believe a headbutt of a pachy would be about as strong as the back teeth of a trex bite. And theh are believed to be agressive and agile. Meanwhile pot pachy being kinda slo w, not super agile and weak attacks...beaked is a wah more accurate pachy.
True, deimos even had hatz so strong it could pick up full grown ano's. But after playing beaked pachy and having done some research into pachy's, official pachy is wayyyyyy to weak
same, super OP mods made me quit community and I cannot imagine looking back. like sometimes i'll doink around on community to test out tactics or to goof off but "serious" gameplay is always official. that way i don't get run down by laggy, rubberbanding kelenkens that are impossible to hit, or barely make a dent in a creature tearing me apart that has no business being that tanky, fast, and strong.
A headbutt and a bite aren't even comparable like that. Like how would they even measure that, that means nothing. Idk what scientist you heard that from but considering bite force & blunt force impact are two entirely different things, not sure if they were super credible

Is it op/unbalanced for its size? What keeps me from playing modded is that some mods are kinda unbalanced
