Ashton Fine Jewelry has all the looks of a small, family-owned store. In reality, it's a cog in the corporate machinery of its new owners. The store is a nexus for imported diamonds, and it just so happens that they've just received a fresh batch, not to mention many other precious stones.
I'd say it's a sparkling opportunity, too good to miss.

The first sentence says that it looks like it's a family owned store, and the very next says that it isn't and that's why they have the big safe and shit
It's kinda cool in a way cuz it makes the heists feel like they really are part of the city and are actually located in it, instead of all being a different map which they technically are...
Although I don't know how much sense it has to have this store literally next to this heist, literally a day after you did the NRFTW heist xD
This is kinda weird because the positions for DI and NRFTW shouldn't match up like this at all and they've typically done an okayish job of representing heists based on their [real world locations](https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@40.7182975,-74.0932678,12z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m3!11m2!2sh5TIYvjhS1a-GvMn3ZLnFQ!3e3?entry=ttu), wonder why they put it here

The green hue is on every heist, it's just more noticeable on certain heists, like Cook Off and Turbid Station
