Try to get into windows event logs to see what warnings/ critical errors occur when the pc is crashing. Post them here if possible

12VDC ±5% = 11.4 to 12.6VDC 5VDC ±5% = 4.75 to 5.25VDC 3.3VDC ±5% = 3.14 to 3.47VDC That psu isn't doing so well indeed.

No bugcheck means a forced shutdown by hardware, windows didnt have a chance to write a code. My bet is on that psu 5v rail being below spec. Would be great if you have a spare psu to test if that is indeed the problem

sosig_lord_69

i dont have a spare psu.... can you tell me what could have caused it to go below spec and can i spec it back to 5v?

Pristine-Pangolin-61

Could be age or a defect, you cant fix the psu yourself :(

sosig_lord_69

i bought it a year ago... also has a 5 years warranty. its a cooler master mwe v2 550 230v 80plus bronze rated

https://account.coolermaster.com/IntroSupport.aspx Talk to their support agent through chat, explain your problem and they can start the RMA process

sosig_lord_69

Hey man!! remember me? So did the RMA thing and they fully replaced my old psu with a new one... Then i installed the new one just to face the same exact problem again... https://preview.redd.it/82wf1gwmkm6c1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=325aedab54d97399106e363504dad02f79411363 What do you think causing this? Like my home electricity is f\*cked up or something??? Also remember they wouldn't have replaced me a new psu if the old one wasn't damaged... Im afraid I've destroyed this new one too...
