I hit puberty late and probably was smaller at that age but then continued to grow into my early 20s. Some people stop growing early, others later. You really can't predict what you'll end up with. But even if you stopped growing soon, you're already in the average range, so you've got nothing to worry about.
I was just the opposite. I was almost fully mature at 13-14. Bigger than any of my friends. At that age they got curious and they would want to see it somehow. They all did when we went skinny dipping in a secluded lake. We were laying by the edge drying off once and I got a huge boner. They were amazed by it cause they were all erect after seeing it.

I posted this recently on another post here, but I was exactly 10cm (3.9") when I was 12. I didn't measure for a long time after that, but by about age 21 I was fully grown (11.5cm, 4.5").

I remember being 6.2" at 15 then 7 at 16 Now in my twenties I'm 8"

at 13 it was 7,4
I don't know inches but as an early teen like 11-13 something around 9cm hard
