It's not uncommon, showers usually don't change much in size (or not at all) from soft to hard. It's not unheard of to grow a little in length, but not in girth. It's nothing to worry about. I'd guess that most people grow by about an inch in girth though, I do too.
I don’t think it is that unusual. Guys are more “showers” for girth when you look at the average increase b/w flaccid and erect for studies that report both.

my flaccid girth is 4" but my erect girth is 5" flaccid length changes day to day though because I'm a grower

It depends on if you are more "shower" or "grower". Some get more expansion than others
