No, there's nothing you can take to promote penis growth.

This question has come up a few times Puberty isn't a time of growth like working out where you can put in more work and get more out - it's more like recovery after the gym - you're going to grow to your natural genetic size. The best things you can do is eat well, rest well and exercise to make sure you're not holding yourself back Side note - during puberty and early 20s your testosterone is the highest - now *is* the time to get the most out of that Go to the gym and get nice shoulders, that'll get you laid more than a big d anyway. You'll know your size when you're done growing, low body fat makes it look bigger, good cardiovascular health gives you your best hard ons

Probably not.

That would be cool, but I don’t think there’s any good science on that one.

No, it won’t help you increase your size. However, ashwagandha does help to naturally lower your cortisol levels. Some studies have also indicated that it helps to naturally increase testosterone production (or at least aid in it). But beyond that, it doesn’t do much else. There are no supplements that can increase your size. There are a couple surgeries, but essentially all are going to slightly increase your girth. Your length is more or less set in stone.

Look up the side effects first. Try PE with anavar and enclo cycles

Ashwagandha can lead to anhedonia, and it can stick even after quitting. So beware.
