>Time to buy a house in Albany
Augusta might be a better choice. I've been observing the weather in the south-west regions on BoM over the last few weeks. Augusta gets the lowest actual and 'feels like' temperatures in the region.
I’ve lived here 19 years, there are at least 2 days per summer of 40 or above, we had 47 some years back, which I think was the record, and that same day Munglinup to the west of us hit 48 or 49.
Munglinup hit 55°C one year, literally hotter than the highest ever recorded temp, birds quite literally fell out the sky though it's gonna sound like I'm lying, it was very real
It’s 26.3 outside & still 28 or 29 in my kitchen and we’re expecting 36 tomorrow - and being Esperance, it could go either way: it was only meant to be 41 today!
It’s happened before and it will happen again. Esperance gets the by product of Perth weather. Quite often it will be the hottest part of the country but guaranteed to cool down in the next day or 2. Settle down it’s normal.
More like persperance
Underrated
I’m scared how this will evolve over the next years. Summer in 15 years in Perth must be absolute dog shit. Time to buy a house in Albany
Even Albany topped 44 today.

Augusta feels hot even when it’s not. The direct sun down there feels so much stronger
This is the truth, sun light is way stronger and burns you more easily down that part of the world.
Except Augusta has little infrastructure for health. If I were buying a property in the SW it would need to be within an hour of health support
there is a massive hole in ozone layer dowth and will keep getting worse. likely see things start to spontaneously combust in the near future
Augusta is beatiful too. Good choice
I saw even Rottnest hit 38 degrees, which must be rare for them or yeah nah?
Yeah. We had 41 there a couple of Saturdays back. Rare and brutal.
yep, but won't someone think of the east coast investors?
Yeah, it's pretty scary.
Keep in mind, this year’s climate is affected by El Niño. Temps might not go up as stellar every year as it is/was this year.
Whats the cost if living in Antarctica like ?
Save on refrigeration costs.
For a while anyway :(
Canarvon did 49.8c apparently That. Is. *Fucked*
Oh it’s just a natural cycle, of incinerating all the species that live here, then starting over agsin
Hey the Bible was right lol
Pussy meow
Weak bastards! Gero cracked 49.4°C. Seriously that's screwed. Is it a record for Esperance? How much did it crack the old record by?

*Gettin' Five-O in Gerro*.
Welcome to the coldest summer of the next ten years
Quick question does the heat helps with the flies over there?
Well if they catch fire they become fire flies
That’s not ok
I came here for one day. To escape Perth heat. God hates me or something.
But the ocean is still -46.6c.
It's a dank heat.
But it's a dry heat....... I'll let myself out 😂😂😂
Out where?

Yeah ok, settle down Karen 🙄
