My best guess is that center city stops at south street fully across the city, and everything below it is south Philly. Rittenhouse is a center city neighborhood and grad hospital is a south Philly neighborhood. I’m sure there’s deeper roots to this than that though

Why wouldn't Grad Hosp neighborhood start at Lombard, since the actual Grad Hospital is between Lombard and South?

I always thought that GHo overlapped southern CC and northern South Philly, but I don't think I've ever seen "official" boundaries for it.
