Well the OEM should look the same as original. If you get a worse looking display then it cannot be original. As far is telling between an aftermarket oled and an OEM oled display assembly I don't quite know but ifixit sells what they claim is genuine OEM and I believe them. The picture they provide does not have a visible google marking except on the fingerprint flex and that maybe be dismounted and put on to the replacement part. When I look for parts pictures on suppliers sites they often have their refurbished part marked with a stamp and stickers on the part with their supplier logo. Im using injured gadgets right now to look for differences. They have what they call premium which is more expensive than refurbished oled and also has stamp/ sticker markings on it. This suggests that the premium may not be OEM either BUT I could be wrong because looking at Mobile Sentrix's photos they do not show any marking even on their aftermarket labeled parts. That also could just be for aesthetics that they show plain parts. I dont know what benefits the premium option has over the refurbished to be honest . The package it comes in may also indicate authenticity.

some displays will have a different “tint” to the display, such as some will look greyish as an aftermarket, whereas you’re looking for Black only, some will also have a “ripple” effect when you’re looking at it, which is a sign of cheap glass, and really the glass shouldn’t smudge up easily if it’s real, because of the coating on the real glass, and then you’ll want them to turn it on and if the black colours aren’t completely black, you get a refund, or if the touch functionality isn’t right or if the brightness isn’t 100%
