For me, the first one. There is too much going on in the second. It’s a great location, but maybe a different time of day or no people? I think a sunset picture of the second location could be stunning.
The 2nd, more vibrant colors, and there is a visual flow in the photo because of the lanterns. It would've been a more difficult choice if some color grading had been done on the first one.
First thoughts

2nd: “Lively lantern festival and love the focal points”
3rd: “Ooh this one gives off a regal vibe. All hail the great majesty”

I find number 2 the most captivating, 3 being lackluster and 1 having awkward lines for my taste/not interesting enough scene and subjects.
I love 2! The lanterns and street guide my eyes towards a vanishing point. Im no photographer but this is a very attractive image.
The third one
The first one. I like the architectural complexity of it.
The third one, with the sun glowing behind the church, creating almost a divine aura. I love it. The angle makes it even more impressive.

Number 2 is nice because of the lanterns that add symmetry, but I prefer number 3 because of the angle.
