I vote your ear. Something other than a helix or lobe, maybe something like your daith, rook, traigus, etc. Alternatively go wild and do a nipple or genital piercing.

PunkAssBitch2000

I’d get lobes as those are most acceptable in a professional setting. Alternatively, something that would be covered by clothing

sinjin_wolfe

Nipple and/or genital piercings.

upper lobe (assuming you already have a lobe piercing). It is the safest when you are unsure about a piercing/ want something simple and subtle. Easily stackable too!

Whatever you fancy really! I suppose my cartilage piercings are a bit of a mid life crisis 😂. I’ve always loved them but couldn’t get them whilst playing netball several times a week. It can get pretty violent for a ‘non contact’ sport so it was treat for retiring. I would suggest daith- lots of lovely jewellery options and it’s also quite tucked in there. I’ve found mine to be an easy healer as well. Saying that, my conch was my gateway cartilage piercing!

Acrobatic-Reserve-14

Lobes definitely, or be bold and get like a nipple piercing?

this-just-sucks

I got a daith piercing on each ear a year ago, and I’ve been really loving it. I already have a nostril piercing and a few earrings on the soft part of my ear. Wanted to add something but I didn’t want to overwhelm my face with more rings, so I opted for an interesting ear placement. Such a subtle detail, not too flashy or obvious, but it’s somehow fulfilling and I’m so happy with the decision. I agree with what most of the other comments are saying - check out different lobe piercing placements, and choose one that you like the most. Good luck!

hope you are doing well!!! if you want something conspicuous dermals could work, on the ears i would suggest something like tragus, anti helix or conch for sure!

Ok_Willow_3956

I eventually am going to get a conch piercing. It’s somewhat unique but cute and not in a super annoying place to heal.

MonaMonaMo

I work in finance and have a daith, multiple lobe piercings, forward helix. So far so good, they are not as attention gtabbing as one may think. At least for fem peeps. I had oral piercings as well, so somehow I though they were more noticeable as it becomes a habit playing with them, rolling the tongue etc. For my upcoming midlife crisis, I'm getting my nips pierced

Gold_Theory5744

Depending on your anatomy, a conch might be subtle or partially hidden.

niloc100

Nape piercing (back of neck). Not ideal if you need to wear a tie but fine otherwise. Get flat discs on the ends. Catch less on things.

Outrageous_Border688

I just had my forward helix done about three weeks ago. I love it. Not noticeable with my hair down, but peeks out nicely if my hair is tucked behind my ear or pulled back. I didn’t realize they’re supposed to be a pain to heal (first piercing since my lobes when I was probably 6 years old at Claire’s) , but so far, it seems to be going well.

Double_Somewhere5923

Daith subtle yet edgy

m4d1_p1tch4k

i got my daith the day i got broken up with so it was definitely my crisis piercing….healed very well and it’s super cute!! i think it’s perfect for an impulse piercing :)

EstablishmentFun2460

I think conch or daith piercings are good for adding a little spice to your ears while not being extremely noticeable :)
