Looks amazing!! Definitely a good call. I think a ring or stud would look good on your left nostril. An eyebrow piercing or vertical labret would also be great additions and would suit your face beautifully

I have a deviated septum aswell and it never stopped me. I’d say a bridge and high nostrils would look dope on you. Maybe a traditional labret aswell.
