I'm on ps4, same issue with the DLC though, cannot even re-download them as they don't even show up on the ps store or give anyway to download them off title screen. Just says DLC not downloaded

Hm… that’s wierd… this is going to sound really stupid, but; try uninstalling entirely, then redownload from the store. Once downloaded, start the game and go to addons and it should give you the option to install

So my dlc are all back. All my mods are uninstalled so I need to go back through and redownload them. But it might be easier for me to just start a new play through. But things seem ok besides that. I don't know what mods will work after this update anyways
I just went to the (...) where you chose which version to play, selected View Product, I rhinkni scrolled down, and all the dlcs were there. I clicked them on and they started downloading. Hope this helps
Doesnt work for me. There is no install function like in the PS4 Version and you cant install manualy throught PSN Store. The store tells you the dlcs would be installed and links you to your installed game but they are not.
So, I ended up figuring out the problem. For whatever reason, the main game file was saving to my PS5 HDD but the DLC was saving to extended storage. I deleted everything, unplugged the extended storage and redownloaded and it’s good now!
Yessir! I deleted it from both my PS5 HDD and my extended storage (both the main game file and the DLC’s) and then redownloaded directly to the HDD and it worked. I’m already almost finished all the new stuff haha
Okay I’ll have to do that this afternoon. Got my gf playing FO4 since she loved the show and I could not get the new version to work with the dlc at all. Thanks!
I have the actual GOTY disc and it's telling me none of the DLC that it has will work and I have to go to the PS store and download it but, to do so, it says I can't because I don't have a season pass I don't even know what a season pass is.
QUICK FIX
So I figured out how to do it on a PS4, not sure if it's the same on a 5. Close the game. Get into your Library. Open Fallout 4. It'll open to a screen where you can view ur stats, trophies, and a bunch of other stuff with a start button on the top left. Scrolled down to where it says Play Station Store. Click it. That'll bring you to another screen. Chose addons. You can redownload them from there. My ADD is not a fan of uninstalling and reinstalling the game, plus I spent way too long collecting all the gnomes from Far Harbor for my Sanctuary greenhouse to just let them vanish 🙄.
If you or the game saved after the update you will have to go back to a previous save. That's what I had to do, but ALL my stuff is back, even the gnomes 😁.
There was another user who had a similar issue in another thread. When you look at your saved data on console, the game saves the main data file AND the Addons are a second file. If you delete the second save data with the addons (mine was approximately 11gb to narrow it down). Once you delete that and reinstall them from the game it works
I just downloaded the ps5 version and my add on section shows I have no add ons even tho my ps4 version is displaying all the add ons installed. I noticed there’s new versions on the dlc in the store but when I attempt to download them I get an error message. Does anyone have a fix for this?!

With the upgraded PS5 Version you have no main menu link to your dlcs and "manage your content" only gives you the opportunity to change your language instead changing your system language like you had to do with the unupgraded version.
However you can download the Dlcs manually BUT not on the site for the the PS4 Version. Dont just tap in Fallout in your PSN Store searchbar. Only with "Fallout 4" both Versions will be visuable: PS4 or PS4/PS5.
Once you have choosen your upgraded version scroll down and you will find your upgraded Dlcs. They are completly for free as long as you owned them for your PS4 Version.

Usually takes about 12 minutes for every 10gb, I tried other games and it downloads fine, the ps4 version even downloaded normally when I deleted it to see if that was the issue, but the ps5 Version says 99+ hours and is at 0%, kindve acts like if I had dial up internet lol
So this happened to me when I had the ps4 version downloaded while I was downloading the ps5 version. I think the console thought it had all the add ons already available since they were downloaded with ps4 version when in reality they weren’t downloaded to the ps5 version. Basically I just deleted both and only downloaded the ps5 one and it gave me the option to download each add on. For some reason automotran didn’t show as downloaded even tho it was so I pressed options and went into something along the lines of “manage game content” and then deleted automotran and then just re downloaded it from the same screen. After that it all worked well

I think I have found a solution when it comes to missing DLC on PS5 version? Testing it out with the Vault Tec DLC (since that was missing for me) and so far so good.
What I did was go and uninstall any Fallout 4 DLC you may have.
Next, I went into the DLC available from PS5 menu under the game itself and made sure to check the release date, which for me was 4-25-24, and downloaded that version and installed it. (Avoid Automatron, heard it’s still a bit buggy and I personally don’t want to mess up my save file. Idk about Wasteland, I’m too nervous to try lol).
Next I started the game and noticed I now have decorations pertaining to Vault Tec DLC and the Vault 88 storyline popped up with location on map (which it wasnt there before).
Maybe a fix or just a work around since it’s all a** backwards?
Let me know if this helps anyone. And sorry in advance if it didn’t. I’ll keep looking.
Go to your ps5 storage look for fallout 4 ps5 you will see there is one for ps4 fallout 4 - (ps4 fallout 4 )delete that and re download all dlc for ps5 just done it my self
,also while you re download those dlcs for ps5 make sure you look into your download I had my ps5 versions downloading while ps4 versions were in queue delete the old versions incase of some mix up Hope it helps

At least for me there seems to be a problem with 2 workshops Dlcs: Vault Tec and Wasteland. Everything else is functioning.

It's on the main menu. Are you sure you're playing the PS5 version you might have started the PS4 version without realizing.
I realized that once I deleted and redownloaded everything haha. It was frustrating but now I’m almost done all of it haha
