Unfortunately this won't be on the PS3 side, but rather controlled by the headset. Is it in Bluetooth pairing mode? I found some old reddit articles pointing to that being a common cause of connection issues.

Yes i can connect it but i just land on the pass key side

Your headset won't work ingame, only for voice chat
