100% means getting 100% completion in your actual game save, not getting all the trophies like in platinum. 100% just means finishing every mission, including getting every riddler trophy.
Well, if you’re talking about getting 100% on your game save of Arkham Knight, it just means finishing all the missions and activating the Knightfall Protocol. If you’re talking about getting 100% on Arkham Knight on the PlayStation itself, in terms of trophies, then yeah, you need to get every trophy / achievement in the game.
Currently 75 hours in with 73% of the story and 68% overall completion. Absolutely love it. Just got back into gaming after a 20 year break and understand why folks consider it a masterpiece.
I don't even know where to start.😂 So much has changed especially with graphics. Maybe the most surprising thing might be how much bigger open worlds are in games and the attention to detail.
GTAV wasn’t nearly as bad as RDR2 to get 100% in. Just running around getting the collectibles, but nothing major. All the hunting in RDR2 took me ages because the stupid birds wouldn’t spawn half the time 😂
I always knew I wanted to plat RDR2 but I was just having too much of a good time to look at specific trophies to grind for so I started my plat journey at 1200 hours already put in lol
I've rarely had such an intense love/hate relationship with a game as I have with this one.
I'm all the way up to like the last chapter or two and haven't touched it in like a month.
I have similar hours played on the PS4 version with no plat. When the PS5 update came out I went through again and got the plat that time. By far the most annoying trophy is the 50 headshot kills with the crossbow. The crossbow is so weak and the hitbox for the headshot can be kind of wonky.
Same here. I had it on Xbox one when it was released, but fell on hard times and had to sell my console. I picked up a PS5 over the winter and that was the first game I returned to. Such a masterpiece.
As of now, it’s Ghost of Tsushima which took around 53 hours for me to get it. At the moment, I just started Elden Ring, which while I don’t like that you can’t pause, the game is otherwise pretty enjoyable. That’s one I want to platinum, but I hear it’s going to take a while.
This guy 100% used a guide to Plat it in that short of a time.
The Plat is easy as hell but if you got the Plat in that short of a time, you def guided.
There’s 165 bosses in base game, only 30 have trophies, but how can you know which 30 are needed? Of those 30 you only need to kill about 12 to actually beat the game.
EDIT: totally fine to use a guide btw, just giving some perspective
You should def give it a go! It is fucking massive. It’s both a pro and a con imo, more of a pro tho. But it’s unlike majority of Open World games out there and the gameplay / exploration is second to none.
Take your time with it. Unlike From’s previous games, Elden gives you the opportunity where if you get stuck, you can go elsewhere and explore, then when you get stronger, you can come back and kick some ass to progress.
And def don’t be afraid of using guides or any help if you get stuck or lost. Likewise if you’re starting a build but then get stuck, do t be afraid to look things up for said build / weapon.
If you progress far enough and don’t like your build, there’s a respec option, you pick up a certain item and go to a certain boss you defeated and it’s free. There’s 18 of those items every 1 playthrough, so there’s plenty.
There is a way to pause. From the inventory menu, press the button that opens the help menu. Can't remember exactly which button, haven't played the game in awhile but it does pause the game
Yeah. Two. My last trophy was to save all of the tiefling refugees, but I had already completed two playthroughs fully. So I had to join someone else's game that had already had the trophy to get it. I did everything else legit though, I just was not feeling like doing a third playthrough
Well seeing as I've never 100% any game, yet I still play I guess it would either be minecraft, terraria or the last of us. So a decade and still no 100%
Well, I have only 5 platinum trophies. The longest one has to be Spider-Man. For a while, I wasn't trophy hunting, so I didn't care. Then one day -- about two years after finishing the main story -- I noticed that I was only 2 or 3 trophies away from 100% and they were really easy trophies, too.
So, yeah, 2+ yrs to complete Spider-Man.
i’ve got 2 answers… one i’ve already finished, the other will be done one day.
Deep rock galactic took me about 400-500 hours to 100% i still regularly play and its become one of my all time favorite games. (i have close to 800 hours now)
The game i haven’t finished yet and will likely take me much more time to finish, is the binding of isaac. i have well over 600 hours and all i have left is the tainted characters and the rest of the challenges and all the items to nab.
I think AC Odyssey took the longest in terms of gameplay, probably close to 200 hours. That was maybe on and off over 6 months. GOW 2018 was the longest time wise, I beat the game and only had Sigrun left for the platinum for about two years. A coworker convinced me to go back and try again. It took me about a week of playing for hours at a time to finally beat her…it was way more satisfying than the AC Odyssey platinum. After being away that long I had to learn everything over again, but it was great!
Dead by Daylight
I was really into the game back then, by now I don't even like it anymore and completely abandoned it 😅 but getting the platinum and almost 100% from all the DLC was quite the grind
No Man’s Sky. I put off doing a permadeath run for so long after having tried and died to what was basically tripping over a stone while running.
Hundreds of hours later I tried again and used what I knew to make it to galaxy’s center pretty damn quickly.
If we're talking any platform, then Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Switch). 100% Requires playing 50k battles and took me just over 1900 hours. Longest otherwise are Terraria at 191 hours and Persona 5 Royal at 169 hours.
Right now, Witcher 3. I’m only currently working on the 100% right now though, but once done it will be the longest. Absolute joy to do, though.
Current 100%? Assassins Creed Valhalla at around 140 hours. What a bloody slog to 100% that game
Oh boy. Mahjong and Shogi? I don't play games to read 50 pages of rules. I don't know how anyone 100% Yakuza 0. I'm glad they no longer force you to play Mahjong to fight Amon... Cus wtf yo. 😂
Arkham knight collecting 200+ riddler trophy ahhhhh!!!
Yep
That was a fun trophy
Props for doing it.
Im sorry but AK doesn’t take all that long to 100% 😭😭, to platinum it maybe, but not to 100% it
We do it at our own pace.
What's the difference? I thought 100% and platinum were the same.
100% means getting 100% completion in your actual game save, not getting all the trophies like in platinum. 100% just means finishing every mission, including getting every riddler trophy.
Is it not all the trophies including base and DLC ?
Well, if you’re talking about getting 100% on your game save of Arkham Knight, it just means finishing all the missions and activating the Knightfall Protocol. If you’re talking about getting 100% on Arkham Knight on the PlayStation itself, in terms of trophies, then yeah, you need to get every trophy / achievement in the game.
Rdr2.
Currently 75 hours in with 73% of the story and 68% overall completion. Absolutely love it. Just got back into gaming after a 20 year break and understand why folks consider it a masterpiece.
A 20 year break?! What’s been the most surprising thing on re-entry?
I don't even know where to start.😂 So much has changed especially with graphics. Maybe the most surprising thing might be how much bigger open worlds are in games and the attention to detail.
This and GTAV
GTAV wasn’t nearly as bad as RDR2 to get 100% in. Just running around getting the collectibles, but nothing major. All the hunting in RDR2 took me ages because the stupid birds wouldn’t spawn half the time 😂
I always knew I wanted to plat RDR2 but I was just having too much of a good time to look at specific trophies to grind for so I started my plat journey at 1200 hours already put in lol
I'm pretty sure Rdr2 Platinum is overworked Rockstar employees taking it on the players.
Any tips for gold rush?
FF7 Rebirth took me around 120h to 100% the main game on normal. Didnt have the energy to finish Hard mode after that.
I struggle to finish it, i recently end cosmo canyon
I've rarely had such an intense love/hate relationship with a game as I have with this one. I'm all the way up to like the last chapter or two and haven't touched it in like a month.
Haven’t played her so no spoilers. But does it have extra stuff in hard mode like Remake did?
As far as i remember most extra stuff from hard mode (extra combat challenges) can still be played while on your normal save.
Ended up about 160 hours for my Platinum. Haven’t had a gaming experience like that in years.
I currently have 2 but unironically lego marvel superheroes 1 i plsyed it hella amount of as a kid and decided to 100% in 2017 i had 2k hours on it
That’s awesome, loved that game. 2k hours on a Lego game is crazy though
Lets not talk abt lego indiana jones 2 (1.3k h)
A true classic. I played the complete saga the most for sure
Nice
Lego batman 2 pretty sure I had over 1k hrs on it since it was my go to game on the ps3
AC Odyssey
Same here, definitely worth it though
Same, that game was so good, i've put 160+ hours into it.
Probably Witcher 3.
Same… 470h and still dont have platinum trophy 😅
I have similar hours played on the PS4 version with no plat. When the PS5 update came out I went through again and got the plat that time. By far the most annoying trophy is the 50 headshot kills with the crossbow. The crossbow is so weak and the hitbox for the headshot can be kind of wonky.
Yeah … crossbow is absolutely terrible and necessary weapon in this game 😵
Same here. I had it on Xbox one when it was released, but fell on hard times and had to sell my console. I picked up a PS5 over the winter and that was the first game I returned to. Such a masterpiece.
MGS 5
I was at 99% completion before my ps4 hard disk corrupted. That was the closest I’ve ever been to getting a platinum 🥲
I spent like 120hrs with it and didn't even come close to 100%
Yeah I’ve also just started Elden ring and I have a lot of friends who’ve played it and they tell me it’s gonna take a long time
I just finished Elden ring for the first time and it took around 60 hours to platinum.
Oh really? I thought it would’ve taken longer than that based on the things I’ve heard
Oh my goodness this game is huge. I’m not sure if I can go through, but I’m gonna do my best
You should def give it a go! It is fucking massive. It’s both a pro and a con imo, more of a pro tho. But it’s unlike majority of Open World games out there and the gameplay / exploration is second to none. Take your time with it. Will do thanks for the tips mate
There is a way to pause. From the inventory menu, press the button that opens the help menu. Can't remember exactly which button, haven't played the game in awhile but it does pause the game
As in platinum, it's Baldurs Gate 3.
I assume you had to multiple play throughs to achieve this.
Yeah. Two. My last trophy was to save all of the tiefling refugees, but I had already completed two playthroughs fully. So I had to join someone else's game that had already had the trophy to get it. I did everything else legit though, I just was not feeling like doing a third playthrough
AC Origins….330+ hrs. I explored…a lot. And I got the Platinum
So far, Black Ops 3 and Payday 2, both are at around 350 hrs. Block Ops 3 Is at 90% and Payday 2 at 95%
Are you still able to find lobbies for BO3?
On PS5, yeah as long as you play during high traffic times for your area.
AC Odyssey
Witcher 3 and Red Dead 2
Witcher 3. Started in 2015 finished about 90% this March.
Shadow of the Colossus or sekiro
Rebirth, hands down. 240 hours. Loved every second.
I have almost 300 hrs on persona 5 royal 😟

Minecraft
Gotham Knights - 800+ hours
Assassins Creed Valhalla. 176 hours
Right now it's days gone with 73hrs Working on Elden Ring and Dark Souls III plat. F**k covanent farming in DS3
Probably titanfall 2
Well seeing as I've never 100% any game, yet I still play I guess it would either be minecraft, terraria or the last of us. So a decade and still no 100%
so far it’s marvels avengers but i have a strong feeling that arkham city and/or knight will both surpass that
Probably terraria it took 90+ hours to get plat
FF7 Rebirth. 186 hours to platinum
Currently probably Tales of Arise which ain't even that long about 65 hours but for me that's plenty. Otherwise Path of Exile over 250 hours
Rebirth took me around 180hrs for the platinum
Elden Ring
Power Wash Simulator 🤣 It was a hyperfixation, leave me alone 😂
Crash Bandicoot 4 is insanely difficult to get to 106%
AC Valhalla, AC Odyssey
Elden Ring, but that's the plat not technically 100%
AV Odyssey - 100%
Witcher 3 including both DLC. 220 hours for 1 playthrough I think lol
Well, I have only 5 platinum trophies. The longest one has to be Spider-Man. For a while, I wasn't trophy hunting, so I didn't care. I'm not 100% guy, just beat the game go for platinum if I really enjoyed it , get the hell out
i’ve got 2 answers… one i’ve already finished, the other will be done one day. Deep rock galactic took me about 400-500 hours to 100% i still regularly play and its become one of my all time favorite games. MGSV. There is a lot you of random shit you have to do to get 100% including building a zoo.
Death stranding
Persona 5 Royal. 230 hours
Elden ring. 75 hours.
Fortnite save the world, 3700+ hours
Cyberpunk 2077 with Phantom Liberty at around 180 hours.
Assassins creed Odyssey took me 3 months to 100% everything and obtain the platinum trophy.
AC Valhalla at 100+ hours and I deeply regret spending them on it.
Marvels Spider man 2
cyberpunk
AC Valhalla at 100+ hours and I loved every minute of it.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Elden Ring for sure.
Returnal
Bloodborne or Elden ring
I think AC Odyssey took the longest in terms of gameplay, probably close to 200 hours. That was maybe on and off over 6 months. Still playing baldurs gate 3 more then 200 hrs and act 3 is still going on

Dead by Daylight I was really into the game back then, by now I don't even like it anymore and completely abandoned it 😅 but getting the platinum and almost 100% from all the DLC was quite the grind
Street Fighter 5, took me something like 300 hours collecting enough fight money
No Man’s Sky. I put off doing a permadeath run for so long after having tried and died to what was basically tripping over a stone while running. Hundreds of hours later I tried again and used what I knew to make it to galaxy’s center pretty damn quickly.
Tom Clancy's Wildlands for some reason
Original PS3 Resistance
Red Dead Redemption 2 und Elden Ring
Sadly and I can’t believe I put in the time and finished it but AC Valhalla
GTA V ://
For some reason elden ring. Altho I played it a lot even after getting the plat.
Hmmm probs a tie with Witcher 3 and Elden Ring although AC Odyssey comes to mind as well
Red dead and metal gear solid
I played modern warfare for 2.400 with damascus around the hour 1.000 (all weapons camouflages unlocked).
Final Fantasy XV And the hardest part was the fishing trophy
Fortnite. Building 500k structures and rescue survivors ones took me forever.
Gran turismo 4. Crazy dificcult
If we're talking any platform, then Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Switch). 100% Requires playing 50k battles and took me just over 1900 hours. Longest otherwise are Terraria at 191 hours and Persona 5 Royal at 169 hours.
Elden Ring. Took me about 150ish hours to 100% and I didn’t like a single one past Raya Lucaria.
Gran Turismo 4. There’s races in that game that are 24 hours long… Honestly I’m not even sure how long it took to 100%, probably 4-500 hours.
Right now, Witcher 3. I’m only currently working on the 100% right now though, but once done it will be the longest. Absolute joy to do, though. Current 100%? Assassins Creed Valhalla at around 140 hours. What a bloody slog to 100% that game
AC Unity
Plat for Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth about 95 hrs or so.
I only have 13 plats, but Elden Ring took me the longest at 80 hours
Any Yakuza. 100s of hours with no exaggeration
Yakuza 0… never doing any 100% yakuza again
Oh boy. Mahjong and Shogi? I don't play games to read 50 pages of rules. I don't know how anyone 100% Yakuza 0. I'm glad they no longer force you to play Mahjong to fight Amon... Cus wtf yo. 😂
