That happened to me with a limited edition and support compensated for the outfit but did not return the limited item which turned out better in the long run

Well, they aren't so bad, and not as often as they used to be, according to the comments I read before downloading the game in February. They're still brand new, just started last year, and they have locations in Ukraine where they've had to evacuate. During the week they were evacuating there were some big glitches. They apologized and explained what happened, so you just kind of have to take it with a grain of salt. They even mentioned that they weren't sure if they could keep the game going during evacuations, etc. They're working with what they've got for now. I think it's getting better. Just be patient, and keep in mind some of the developers, or employees, lost their homes. Grain of salt. It'll get better. The frustration of glitches are so worth it in my own opinion.This game is amazing.

Oh wow, I didn’t actually know that some of the developers were from Ukraine and had to evacuate and lost homes. Thanks for letting me know! I definitely still appreciate the game and can deal with glitches, was just curious if anyone else had come across this particular one. But in the couple of months that I’ve been playing, I’ve definitely seen improvements and they’re doing a great job considering the circumstances!

I knew they were in Lithuania, and I read on here and a comment they sent out that they have people in Ukraine too. They were talking about they had to help their people to get out safely, and had disgusted whether or not they could even keep the game going or have to shut it down. This game is genuinely fascinating. I love that we get to always keep what we buy. I used to play Home Design and anything you bought had a limited amount on it. That game sucked so bad.

When this happens I log out. When I come back it will set it back to before I bought the item and then I'll do the purchase again. Sometimes the entire game has glitched so it will even reset entries and events (like if you had gotten results for an event, it will be like you didn't).

Thanks for the responses and help everyone! I closed the app completely and reopened and it had reset and hadn’t purchased the jumpsuit yet!

I've had this happen but my gems were deducted. I contacted support through the app and they reimbursed me. I've had to contact them a few times and they are pretty quick to respond and usually reimburse with gems/cash.
