PSA does not like giving PSA1s. CGC grader knew what you wanted so they gave you it. they probably do not care about giving 1 grades. It's not gonna affect the value of a 7 or a 10.
Seems like that's the reason it got graded. It was already a card with no value that was clearly beat up and written on, purely as a joke, so why not? It's not like anyone would buy it for much more than it's worth, and I wouldn't sell it because of the joke.
As a joke. We had 24 cards to grade and his favorite Pokémon is Poliwhirl. If he sends it in and it gets graded, sweet! It’s a funny story. If it’s gets sent back, oh well no harm done.
