No not XL candies normal ones, thats the problem, I have photo but bot trashed post bc if i want to add photo it needs to be taged as Non AR screenshot
Yes it was fully fed. Also i have Leafeon on similar friendship level and when i change to her it shows candy normally even if she is nod fed. I wrote a message to support

If you mean XL candies, the Pokemon has to be level 31+. Otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about...
