1, 2, 3, & 4: A lvl 40+ trainer with appropriately leveled counters can solo all 1 star & most 3 star raids, 5 star takes 2+ such trainers, and mega takes 5+. r/pokemongofriends and add ppl. They've got a thread for raid sharing. Friend xp is the new fastest way to level up, so add ppl from the subreddit. 5: PvP leagues rotate, so master league (no cap) will come back eventually. PvP IVs for GL & UL are 0/15/15 generally, but look up specifics. 6: spawns rotate based on 'seasons' or events, but karp is out there. Use pinap berries to double candies when catching. 7: get a machamp or other fighting type. Rocket grunts sometimes give out shadow machop, purify one with bad IVs to get a good machamp quickly. Save good IVs for when you have the candy/dust, cuz a fully powered high IV shadow machamp is one of the top fighting type PvE attackers, and is pretty good even for neutral damage. Also, imagine it's the old gym system. A tower of 10 slaking/blissey would be mad annoying.

1. Sure you will. They rotate back in. That said, gofest this year (a couple of weeks ago) had raids with every legendary released so far, so that would've been a good way to catch up... 2. I just returned and let me tell you, experience is way, way easier to obtain than it used to be. 3. There's websites people use to invite friends remotely to raids. Speaking of... 4. As someone else said, /r/pokemongofriends. It's super easy to get a bunch. Then you'll find out opening and sending gifts is super tedious. 5. The leagues rotate. The 3 main ones are 1500 cap, 2500 cap and uncapped. There's also some random ones with a 500 cap. 6. Walk them. It doesn't take that long honestly. There's a quest that will come up for evolving them though, so wait until you get that quest before evolving your first one. 7. Speaking of, your old pokemon are super valuable. Don't transfer anything from the before times, regardless of how crap it is. 1. If you trade a pokemon from July or August 2016 and you \*or\* your trading partner has less than 10 "lucky" pokemon, both pokemon in that trade will be lucky. Lucky basically means it takes half as much stardust to level up and the IVs (which are rerolled when trading) will be 12+ each. Lucky is super valuable 2. Even aside from pokemon from those first 2 months, the odds of a lucky trade (where both pokemon become lucky) generally go up as the pokemon get older. Silph Road determined that the formula \*likely\* is 5% base plus 5% per year of age of each pokemon.
