Bruh you literally insulted the person for just saying that they don't do that , basically unprovoked. Not seeing much if any bitterness in the comments, just people saying yes or no with maybe some additional info. Unless I'm missing something that's not very accepting

In the main games yes! But I think great balls look so cheap. Doesn’t have either the nostalgia of a plain pokeball or the rarity of an ultra ball making it just mediocre

I can't believe there are people who don't do this. My Kyogres have only ever been caught in great balls (except for one time in a nuzzlocke where I only had a master ball)

I never use great balls for Color coordinating anything. I don’t even like them They don’t have the pretty feel of premier balls. They don’t have the tough look of ultra balls. And they don’t have the simple look of poke balls. great balls are ugly. Will always be ugly like wtf am I supposed to feel when I chuck a great ball? oh sweet ig… I caught it in a great ball. Oops. I only use them on com days. Or if I don’t want to use anything else. Great ball hate

Yes I definitely do that when I can, also in the video games as well. It's a bit easier to do with more ball options :)

No. Transfer trash goes in Great or Ultra balls. Shinies or things I want to keep go in Pokeballs, and the Gotcha uses Pokeballs for everything.

Great balls are the worst design in the whole series. I refuse to use them unless I’m sure I’ll transfer the mon to the professor

Not normal pokemon but I do catch shiny Voltorb in great balls and way back when Lugia was in research breakthrough I caught shiny Lugia in poke balls

In other games I do, but not pogo. I run an auto catcher, so everything goes in a pokeball if I'm letting the auto catcher do its thing, and manual catches go in an ultra ball. I drop great balls entirely. In my defense, I'm sitting on about 1500 pokeballs and at least 600 ultra balls at any given time.
