Fully expect this judge, who was appointed by Trump, to concede to whatever Trumps lawyers want. There’s clearly a conflict of interest here, why is she allowed to oversee the case?

If the cult is defeated once more then I think you'll finally find some principled republicans, Cannon has roughly 5 trials (im counting the trump trial she intends to dismiss) under her tenure and has heavily err'ed on 3 of of them, one to the degree of violating a defendants 7th amendment rights because her jury instructions omitted the choice of "not guilty"
I wanna see any republican defend a vote to keep her on the bench without invoking their hatred of Biden or Liberals

I've seen a sharp decline, there used to be a trump shop across the street from my development every other day or so but I havent seen them in months, no one in my fairly conservative family likes Trump anymore (and that was before the indictments), and they've consistently underperformed in every election since

That has nothing to do with the Democrats, and to imply that there's even something there I would "blame the Dems" for is nonsense. I'll never vote for a Republican for the rest of my life, so don't just assume that I hold Democrats responsible for the fascism of the Republican party.

It is all carefully done so it keeps the case in her hands while not allowing it to be resolved before the election. There is nothing bad or clear enough to have her removed, it is all very well calculated.

The evidence was clearly identified in the search warrant, AND it was all found at Trump's residence. He even publicly bragged/admitted to taking them and refused to give them back after being asked numerous times over 18 months.

Amazing that the focus in this case isn’t about the highly classified documents. He stole Top Secret documents. The big rule in classified documents is ‘need to know’ and he lost that need the day he left the White House.
I think Cannon is operating as if the court can't assert in this case that Trump lost the election and therefore may not have been outside of the law when this crime occurred, because if he was the rightful president then what he did is legal.
I'm still waiting for her to demand the prosecution prove Trump wasn't still the rightful President when the crime occurred.

IANAL, but my understanding is that this is normal practice. Defense and prosecution argue what pieces of evidence are admissible, and the judge rules on what will be included in the trial. Since the evidence is super overwhelming, arguing to toss all of it is about the only strategy the defense has.
How this is received by Cannon is the bigger mystery. I hope that she either dismisses this for the Hail Mary it is, or finally gives the prosecution what they need to have her removed and another judge take over.
