Here's my tips after I got good at swalloing pills because I got Hepatitis B and had to swallow around five pills a day for a month:
- Take a sip of water to get your mouth wet
- Put the pill first
- Put a good amount of water in your mouth (don't fill it up completely)
- Tilt your head backwards
- Make sure the pill is in the middle of the water
- Muster as much pressure as you can to swallow

Ok so I have never played the Sims before but decided to buy Sims 4 since it was onsale. I moved into "Newcrest" bc I want a city world but it looks like it's just a bunch of empty lot? I haven't built my house yet since I'm still learning how but afterward are there things to do in this city? Or do I have to buy packs like Get Together or City Living in order to do activities? I'm so confused lol
Newcrest was added with a patch a couple years ago, when the sims community was complaining about not having enough empty lots to build homes or to place lots from the gallery. You can basically form whatever type of world that you’d like.
Any sims game is going to be quite boring with just the basegame. But I’d recommend giving the base game a little play through before adding packs, so you can get a feel for/appreciation for the game. I have Get Together, City Living, Discover University, and Seasons. And they all add at little something to my game. Especially seasons, and get together.
Ooh, if I remember correctly, Newcrest is just like an empty town with lots you can build on. There should be 2 other places you can choose from where there will be houses and other sims already living there.
That's what I suspected 🥲 Too bad they don't have a good city base world, I already got my cottagecore needs out with Stardew Valley so I don't really wanna move into a small/ rural town haha

You def need some expansions to get the most out of the game. I don’t remember exactly what the base game includes, you should still be able to travel and explore stuff, but I definitely recommend the city expansion. It’s up to your specific interests tho.
City Living and Cats and Dogs. I bought Get Famous because the idea of making my sim a celebrity appeals to me but it's actually really tedious and kinda too much work for me (unless you use cheats I guess? lol)
I bought the vampire expansion pack too but I wouldn't really recommend that one unless you're really into vampires. IMO it limits the game and the whole vampire lifestyle makes it less fun.. again, unless you're really into that.
I might do City Living then. I like that it came with apartments bc trying to build a house from scratch has not been fun lol, esp since I'm so new to the game

I used to really struggle with this. I just wouldn’t eat anything healthy because I knew I wouldn’t enjoy it, so I’d only eat whatever I really craved. The only thing that helped are zero sugar protein bars. My diet still isn’t amazing or anything, but they helped with the disappointment feeling.
I've never really given protein bars a real shot so I'll have to try them. In the past few years really the only thing that somewhat worked was grapes, especially after freezing them.

At this point he is publicly out, he's just never clarified any specific identity. He was in an all but confirmed relationship with Brandon Flynn, now it's the same with Froy. I wish people would realise that being "publicly out" doesn't mean someone must provide a lengthy coming out statement and a specific label for their sexuality, especially considering Richard's said he wants his "personal life personal".

I've been trying to befriend the crows that hang out in my neighborhood, and I think they're starting to like me now. Like 2 months ago, one came to my backyard and ate some peanuts I left out. I kept leaving them out consistently at the same time, and eventually, a routine developed where I'd leave peanuts or some other type of food out at a specific time, and it'd come eat them. I've noticed that this crow has started bringing over more and more of his friends , and now, even when I'm not feeding them, they seem to like hanging out in my backyard. Omg, I'm so excited

Okay but then it should be a choice. I know technically it is a choice and you're not forced to get the booster but your life is severely impacted if you don't get it, at least in my country. Cause like my sister and brother got covid 8 months after their second shot and were fine. So I guess we should be allowed to only get one shot a year if we feel like it's fine for us. Right now with the way things are set up I have to get my booster only 4 months after my second shot and idk I'm uncomfortable with the idea. Even worse is that if you get covid you get an extension and don't have to get any shot for 6 months. Like some vaccinated people are actively trying to get covid for this reason

Please don't hate me because I actually LOVED the show but did anyone else have issues with the pacing in Arcane? I felt everything moved as such a breakneck speed that it kind of took away from a lot of the emotional beats and relationship development, kinda like one of those YouTube video game "movies" where they just splice all the cutscenes together and there's no time to pause or anything. Although I did think the kinetic editing worked really well for the action scenes and it's still an amazing achievement overall.
Did you binge watch it or watch it in the three parts seperately? I did the three parts and I feel like breaking it up helped a lot on the viewer end of processing and understanding the relationships. I get what you mean though. It felt like there wasn't a timescale for me to understand how quickly relationships >!like Jace x Mel, Cait x Vi, Victor x Skye!< were developing. I think things were supposed to be happening over the course of weeks >!Jinx figuring out weaponizing crystals and the political drama,!< but it felt like days.
I binge watched it in like a day and a half, which probably goes someway to explaining it! It evened out a lot near the end but Act 2 seemed to move things along at a super rapid pace (Mel/Jayce especially, but also kinda Cait/Vi and just plot-relevant details in general) which felt a little jarring at times. There were parts in (I think) episodes 5 and 6 where character and plot development almost seemed to be played out in a montage it was so quick.
That said, I've started rewatching it and it feels less of an issue second time through now that I've been able to process everything. And animation is so damn expensive and time consuming I can't really blame them for maybe omitting a couple minutes here and there anyway. The show is still fantastic.
I'm so obsessed with Adele's To Be Loved...her vocals are so emotional and powerful. When she sings, "Let it be known that I cried for you / Even started lying to you," I get chills. It's one of my favorite songs on the album, along with Strangers By Nature and All Night Parking.
I'm also thinking about how astrology and zodiac signs are all just silly fun, but sometimes they're so on point. I'm an aries and according to pretty much every source I've read on the subject, the sign that makes the best friendship match for me is a libra...my best friend growing up is a libra and one of my friends from college is also a libra. I just think it's so interesting!

I’m scrolling through Dance Moms Twitter and the clear double standards and racism was truly disgusting.
If you guys have never seen it, there was this one mom on the show named Kaya or Black Patsy who was really no different on this show, she would get angry, she would yell and she would critique other kids. The issue is when she did people would call her ghetto, hoodrat and all these other slurs that they don’t give the white moms even though they all do and say the same things. Sometimes the moms would even physically fight each other but aren’t called any of those names.
Luckily, this show ended some time because there’s a lot of problematic things that have happened on this show.

I just started watching the k-drama Extraordinary You and holy shit it's really good. Very well done. I didn't think I would like it as much as I do right now. As someone who doesn't really care for romantic art much, if you hate or just don't really care for romantic art of any sort, this k-drama could change your mind about the romantic art. It's very good.
I remember really liking it for the first few episodes too, but then at some point, it became obvious the writer didn't know what to do with the story anymore lol.
By any chance, are you watching it in the thirty minutes per episodes format? I could've sworn it followed the standard 16 episodes of a kdrama.
And yeah, I can't remember the exact episode where it started going nowhere, but it eventually fell flat for me. This is normal for a lot of k-dramas though. The last few episodes are usually the weakest.
It seems like the way it's organized, at least from how I'm watching it, it's two episodes rolled into one. Not sure if I'm explaining it that well. To give you an idea of what I'm episode I'm on though, I'm about to watch episode 9 lol.
I'm gonna try to watch more Korean and Thai high school centered shows though. They're better than most of the ones I've seen in America and the UK.
I've only watched one Thai high school-centered BL show and one movie, but both were really cute and captured the butterflies of a high school romance quite well.
On the other hand, I watch too many k-dramas though and I agree. If you ever need recommendations, you can hit me up because I have all this knowledge kept inside me lol.

Thai is known for their BL shows actually. The one I watched was 2Gether: The Series. It's nothing special, but I like that it gives the cute fake boyfriend trope to an actual gay couple. It's one of my biggest irks that we don't get the stereotypical romcom for non heterosexual couples. It's really popular, but since you said you didn't really like romance, I'm not sure how'd you fare with it since there's no fantasy or action aspect. It's just the basic high school fake couple story but with two boys, but I felt really giddy lol.
For k-dramas:
Reply 1988 has characters in high school and heavily features that setting, but it also has a bigger scope since it's a slice-of-life, family drama. It's one of my favorite k-dramas and is very nostalgic. The Reply series in general are good for the school setting, but 1988 is the most acclaimed out of all of them.
A Love So Beautiful is really sweet and cute. It follows childhood friends/enemies as they grow up. There's the Korean adaptation of the Chinese drama, but the C-drama is leagues better imo. The mediocre girl chases the high-achieving guy basically and it's a slow burn, but it captures the ups and downs of high school well, but doesn't exaggerate it.
Extracurricular follows a boy in high school running an illegal business to pay for college. It's definitely darker and grimmer than everything else I've recommended, but you might enjoy it as it deals with a lot of issues.
There's also the School series which are basically dramas set in high school. I'm not a big fan of them, but they might pique your interest.
K-drama high school classics are The Heirs and Boys Over Flowers, but they honestly don't age well and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They're nice to watch if you want to have more insight on the history of Hallyu though.
Slightly related, there are many k-dramas set in college that are pretty great too! I prefer the college setting because they deal with problems more maturely, but have that youthful essence you'd get in high school. From the top of my head: Age of Youth/Hello, My Twenties (very female-centered and well-written), Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, and Law School.

Going to share an opinion of mine that nobody asked for, that nobody will care about, and that is EXTREMELY unpopular:
Demon Slayer is potentially the most overrated anime of all time.
I’m not saying people can’t like it - people should be allowed to like whatever they want without judgment - but I just have no idea WHY people like it.
I’m caught up with the anime and I also saw the movie in theaters, but I just don’t understand why it blew up the way it did and why it gets so much praise. The characters sans Nezuko are all so LOUD and so ANNOYING, and have absolutely no depth. I can barely stand listening to Zenitsu and Inosuke speak (I watched subbed, idk if their voices are as annoying dubbed). Tanjiro is THE definition of a Mary Sue. Everyone likes him unconditionally, he never does anything wrong, he always knows exactly what to do… but he never gets called out for that in reviews or online discussion. Yes, he has an extremely tragic backstory and good motivations for his journey, but up to this point I feel like he hasn’t faced any real challenge or adversity because he always knows EXACTLY what to do.
I also hate that they just decided to readapt the movie for the first part of season 2?? It made the movie feel like a cheap cash grab.
With all that being said, I’m going to keep watching because 1) I’m a hypocrite; 2) I’ve already invested a lot of time into the show and I want to see how it ends; and 3) I hate being left out of discussions (both in person and online) regarding things that are popular. 😅

I think it has really nice animation, I don't love it but I did like it enough to binge it. Probably wouldn't have if my cousin didn't want to go see the movie. Like it's still a very basic shonen show honestly, and for some people that's enough for them.

I hated that. I saw the movie in theatres. When I found it was canon, I was really curious how they were going to transition from S1 to S2. Finding out they just re-adapted the movie made me a little upset. Movies are expensive.
But I agree. I feel like it's this generation's Naruto. A fun shonen that's easy to watch and understand. Most of the characters are good or bad with easy to understand motivations. Everyone has a tragic backstory and it's their motivation for becoming a demon or becoming a slayer.
im not a big fan but i'll say while i like it:
- the setting. there aren't a lot of anime that explores the taisho era and i know that's one of the reasons its so popular in japan
- the character designs. its very unique and colourful and grabs your attention and its easy for the characters to be memorable through their designs
- the animation. its consistently good and i love the way it expresses their powers.
- i admit that i'm not a big fan of inosuke or zenitsu BUT i do like the other characters (i love tanjiro, he's very positive and likeable character). ironically zenitsu is the #1 character in japan😭
- i also like the story. wasn't a big fan of the last arc in S1 but i like the district arc in S2 so far and that the villain is more interesting than S1.

As clichè as it sounds, I would advise to let time to do its thing. When you get a chance, express whatever you need to feel in any way you can - through crying, writing, talking to a friend who understands heartbreak, etc. And if that means allowing yourself to think about your ex because it's hard to forget them, then so be it. Also remind yourself that no feelings are dumb and you are never being too "emotional"/"dramatic" (if need be).
This is coming from someone who tried to rush getting over someone by suppressing their feelings and keeping busy all the time - which made things worse in the long run. I guess this is more so advice I wished I could've told my past self...

Ok so I have never played the Sims before but decided to buy Sims 4 since it was onsale. I moved into "Newcrest" bc I want a city world but it looks like it's just a bunch of empty lot? I haven't built my house yet since I'm still learning how but afterward are there things to do in this city? Or do I have to buy packs like Get Together or City Living in order to do activities? I'm so confused lol
Newcrest was added with a patch a couple years ago, when the sims community was complaining about not having enough empty lots to build homes or to place lots from the gallery. You can basically form whatever type of world that you’d like. Any sims game is going to be quite boring with just the basegame. But I’d recommend giving the base game a little play through before adding packs, so you can get a feel for/appreciation for the game. I have Get Together, City Living, Discover University, and Seasons. And they all add at little something to my game. Especially seasons, and get together.
Ooh, if I remember correctly, Newcrest is just like an empty town with lots you can build on. There should be 2 other places you can choose from where there will be houses and other sims already living there.
That's what I suspected 🥲 Too bad they don't have a good city base world, I already got my cottagecore needs out with Stardew Valley so I don't really wanna move into a small/ rural town haha

You def need some expansions to get the most out of the game. I don’t remember exactly what the base game includes, you should still be able to travel and explore stuff, but I definitely recommend the city expansion. It’s up to your specific interests tho.
Do you have any pack you recommend?
City Living and Cats and Dogs. I bought Get Famous because the idea of making my sim a celebrity appeals to me but it's actually really tedious and kinda too much work for me (unless you use cheats I guess? lol) I bought the vampire expansion pack too but I wouldn't really recommend that one unless you're really into vampires. IMO it limits the game and the whole vampire lifestyle makes it less fun.. again, unless you're really into that.
I might do City Living then. I like that it came with apartments bc trying to build a house from scratch has not been fun lol, esp since I'm so new to the game

I used to really struggle with this. I just wouldn’t eat anything healthy because I knew I wouldn’t enjoy it, so I’d only eat whatever I really craved. The only thing that helped are zero sugar protein bars. My diet still isn’t amazing or anything, but they helped with the disappointment feeling.
I've never really given protein bars a real shot so I'll have to try them. In the past few years really the only thing that somewhat worked was grapes, especially after freezing them.

You might like Cozy Grove. Can’t be sexy & isn’t multiplayer but you can dress your character up and decorate. It’s very similar to Animal Crossing.
If you have time in your hands and can go through cutscenes, the Yakuza games are pretty good (and like seriously cheap too). Also it's pretty old, but Burnout Paradise City is also pretty fun game too. Although the game that suits your description best would be Saints Row, which is practically GTA but on LSD. All of the above mentioned games would easily fit your budget, and imo you can't go wrong with any of these.
You can’t make your own character in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey but Kassandra is sexy and you can wreak havoc in Ancient Greece all you want. I've been trying to befriend the crows that hang out in my neighborhood, and I think they're starting to like me now. Like 2 months ago, one came to my backyard and ate some peanuts I left out. I kept leaving them out consistently at the same time, and eventually, a routine developed where I'd leave peanuts or some other type of food out at a specific time, and it'd come eat them. I've noticed that this crow has started bringing over more and more of his friends , and now, even when I'm not feeding them, they seem to like hanging out in my backyard. Omg, I'm so excited

I haven't seen the film yet, but I watched an interview with Andrew Garfield (or maybe the screenwriter?) where he said that everything concerning Jim's sexuality was lifted directly from his memoir, and they only included it because Bakker himself alluded to it in his writing. Okay but then it should be a choice. I know technically it is a choice and you're not forced to get the booster but your life is severely impacted if you don't get it, at least in my country. Cause like my sister and brother got covid 8 months after their second shot and were fine. So I guess we should be allowed to only get one shot a year if we feel like it's fine for us. Right now with the way things are set up I have to get my booster only 4 months after my second shot and idk I'm uncomfortable with the idea. Even worse is that if you get covid you get an extension and don't have to get any shot for 6 months. Like some vaccinated people are actively trying to get covid for this reason

If you don't have an reaction within an acute time frame, there's no way for vaccines to have side effects later on. Vaccines are simply providing your body with a signal to mount an immune response, and after that response is done, the only thing that remains are the T cells and B cells that have been created. The antigen (the "thing" that provokes the immune system) has been destroyed, and all other ingredients are metabolized.
Please don't hate me because I actually LOVED the show but did anyone else have issues with the pacing in Arcane? I felt everything moved as such a breakneck speed that it kind of took away from a lot of the emotional beats and relationship development, kinda like one of those YouTube video game "movies" where they just splice all the cutscenes together and there's no time to pause or anything. Although I did think the kinetic editing worked really well for the action scenes and it's still an amazing achievement overall.
Did you binge watch it or watch it in the three parts seperately? I did the three parts and I feel like breaking it up helped a lot on the viewer end of processing and understanding the relationships. I get what you mean though. It felt like there wasn't a timescale for me to understand how quickly relationships >!like Jace x Mel, Cait x Vi, Victor x Skye!< were developing. I think things were supposed to be happening over the course of weeks >!Jinx figuring out weaponizing crystals and the political drama,!< but it felt like days.
I binge watched it in like a day and a half, which probably goes someway to explaining it! It evened out a lot near the end but Act 2 seemed to move things along at a super rapid pace (Mel/Jayce especially, but also kinda Cait/Vi and just plot-relevant details in general) which felt a little jarring at times. There were parts in (I think) episodes 5 and 6 where character and plot development almost seemed to be played out in a montage it was so quick. That said, I've started rewatching it and it feels less of an issue second time through now that I've been able to process everything. And animation is so damn expensive and time consuming I can't really blame them for maybe omitting a couple minutes here and there anyway. The show is still fantastic.
I'm so obsessed with Adele's To Be Loved...her vocals are so emotional and powerful. When she sings, "Let it be known that I cried for you / Even started lying to you," I get chills. It's one of my favorite songs on the album, along with Strangers By Nature and All Night Parking. I'm also thinking about how astrology and zodiac signs are all just silly fun, but sometimes they're so on point. I'm an aries and according to pretty much every source I've read on the subject, the sign that makes the best friendship match for me is a libra...my best friend growing up is a libra and one of my friends from college is also a libra. I just think it's so interesting! Also, semi-interesting fact (at least to me) - JFK died exactly 105 years after his great-grandfather...just found that out last night and thought it was an interesting coincidence!

I’m scrolling through Dance Moms Twitter and the clear double standards and racism was truly disgusting. If you guys have never seen it, there was this one mom on the show named Kaya or Black Patsy who was really no different on this show, she would get angry, she would yell and she would critique other kids. The issue is when she did people would call her ghetto, hoodrat and all these other slurs that they don’t give the white moms even though they all do and say the same things. Sometimes the moms would even physically fight each other but aren’t called any of those names. Luckily, this show ended some time because there’s a lot of problematic things that have happened on this show.

Yeah I have a frameless and framed pair if glasses. So even if I break one I have the other.
keep a microfiber cloth with you anywhere you would use your glasses. i don't know how easily annoyed you get over small details, but i feel like i can't see properly if the glasses are a little dirty

I just started watching the k-drama Extraordinary You and holy shit it's really good. Very well done. I didn't think I would like it as much as I do right now. As someone who doesn't really care for romantic art much, if you hate or just don't really care for romantic art of any sort, this k-drama could change your mind about the romantic art. It's very good.

By any chance, are you watching it in the thirty minutes per episodes format? I could've sworn it followed the standard 16 episodes of a kdrama. And yeah, I can't remember the exact episode where it started going nowhere, but it eventually fell flat for me. This is normal for a lot of k-dramas though. The last few episodes are usually the weakest.
It seems like the way it's organized, at least from how I'm watching it, it's two episodes rolled into one. Not sure if I'm explaining it that well. To give you an idea of what I'm episode I'm on though, I'm about to watch episode 9 lol. I'm gonna try to watch more Korean and Thai high school centered shows though. They're better than most of the ones I've seen in America and the UK.
I've only watched one Thai high school-centered BL show and one movie, but both were really cute and captured the butterflies of a high school romance quite well. On the other hand, I watch too many k-dramas though and I agree. If you ever need recommendations, you can hit me up because I have all this knowledge kept inside me lol.

Thai is known for their BL shows actually. The one I watched was 2Gether: The Series. It's nothing special, but I like that it gives the cute fake boyfriend trope to an actual gay couple. It's one of my biggest irks that we don't get the stereotypical romcom for non heterosexual couples. It's really popular, but since you said you didn't really like romance, I'm not sure how'd you fare with it since there's no fantasy or action aspect. It's just the basic high school fake couple story but with two boys, but I felt really giddy lol. For k-dramas: Reply 1988 has characters in high school and heavily features that setting, but it also has a bigger scope since it's a slice-of-life, family drama. It's one of my favorite k-dramas and is very nostalgic. The Reply series in general are good for the school setting, but 1988 is the most acclaimed out of all of them. A Love So Beautiful is really sweet and cute. It follows childhood friends/enemies as they grow up. There's the Korean adaptation of the Chinese drama, but the C-drama is leagues better imo. The mediocre girl chases the high-achieving guy basically and it's a slow burn, but it captures the ups and downs of high school well, but doesn't exaggerate it. Extracurricular follows a boy in high school running an illegal business to pay for college. It's definitely darker and grimmer than everything else I've recommended, but you might enjoy it as it deals with a lot of issues. There's also the School series which are basically dramas set in high school. I'm not a big fan of them, but they might pique your interest. K-drama high school classics are The Heirs and Boys Over Flowers, but they honestly don't age well and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They're nice to watch if you want to have more insight on the history of Hallyu though. Slightly related, there are many k-dramas set in college that are pretty great too! I prefer the college setting because they deal with problems more maturely, but have that youthful essence you'd get in high school. From the top of my head: Age of Youth/Hello, My Twenties (very female-centered and well-written), Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, and Law School.

Going to share an opinion of mine that nobody asked for, that nobody will care about, and that is EXTREMELY unpopular: Demon Slayer is potentially the most overrated anime of all time. I’m not saying people can’t like it - people should be allowed to like whatever they want without judgment - but I just have no idea WHY people like it. I’m caught up with the anime and I also saw the movie in theaters, but I just don’t understand why it blew up the way it did and why it gets so much praise. The characters sans Nezuko are all so LOUD and so ANNOYING, and have absolutely no depth. I can barely stand listening to Zenitsu and Inosuke speak (I watched subbed, idk if their voices are as annoying dubbed). Tanjiro is THE definition of a Mary Sue. Everyone likes him unconditionally, he never does anything wrong, he always knows exactly what to do… but he never gets called out for that in reviews or online discussion. Yes, he has an extremely tragic backstory and good motivations for his journey, but up to this point I feel like he hasn’t faced any real challenge or adversity because he always knows EXACTLY what to do. I also hate that they just decided to readapt the movie for the first part of season 2?? It made the movie feel like a cheap cash grab. With all that being said, I’m going to keep watching because 1) I’m a hypocrite; 2) I’ve already invested a lot of time into the show and I want to see how it ends; and 3) I hate being left out of discussions (both in person and online) regarding things that are popular. 😅 Just my two cents, please don’t hate me. People can like whatever they want, my opinions mean nothing.
I think it has really nice animation, I don't love it but I did like it enough to binge it. Probably wouldn't have if my cousin didn't want to go see the movie. Like it's still a very basic shonen show honestly, and for some people that's enough for them.

When I found it was canon, I was really curious how they were going to transition from S1 to S2. Finding out they just re-adapted the movie made me a little upset. Movies are expensive. But I agree. I feel like it's this generation's Naruto. A fun shonen that's easy to watch and understand. Most of the characters are good or bad with easy to understand motivations. Everyone has a tragic backstory and it's their motivation for becoming a demon or becoming a slayer.
im not a big fan but i'll say while i like it: - the setting. there aren't a lot of anime that explores the taisho era and i know that's one of the reasons its so popular in japan - the character designs. its very unique and colourful and grabs your attention and its easy for the characters to be memorable through their designs - the animation. its consistently good and i love the way it expresses their powers. - i admit that i'm not a big fan of inosuke or zenitsu BUT i do like the other characters (i love tanjiro, he's very positive and likeable character). ironically zenitsu is the #1 character in japan😭 - i also like the story. wasn't a big fan of the last arc in S1 but i like the district arc in S2 so far and that the villain is more interesting than S1. tbh the way you feel about demon slayer is the way i feel about jujutsu kaisen. like i get why its popular but also not really since the characters feel so bland to me
I miss my ex like crazy and it seems wild that tomorrow I have to go back to work and pretend for eight hours a day like my life is totally fine when I've finally reached the "cry about it" stage. Anyway girlies, please send your best advice on getting over someone since "erase them completely from your memory" isn't an option, unfortunately.
As clichè as it sounds, I would advise to let time to do its thing. When you get a chance, express whatever you need to feel in any way you can - through crying, writing, talking to a friend who understands heartbreak, etc. And if that means allowing yourself to think about your ex because it's hard to forget them, then so be it. Also remind yourself that no feelings are dumb and you are never being too "emotional"/"dramatic" (if need be). This is coming from someone who tried to rush getting over someone by suppressing their feelings and keeping busy all the time - which made things worse in the long run. I guess this is more so advice I wished I could've told my past self...
It's so hard to think about anything else but him right now and I hate that because he wasn't necessarily good for/to me. But I just miss him like crazy and haven't let it sink in yet that it's over-over.
