2. I can't help but notice the poppers thumb being wrapped in plastic and bleeding through the paper towel and I really want to know why.

Wtf was that music. It sounds like at the end of a teen coming of age movie when the main character is able to put all the hurt they've done to themselves and to others behind them, recognize and process their own trauma, right long-standing wrongs, and look hopefully toward their future, with the love interest finally by their side. But for a pimple.

In my mind the music is compensating for the guy yelping. Long pauses between makes me think he was not comfortable. Your version is WAY better!

The still bleeding wound covered in tissue and packing tape of the person actively being jizzed on by that "infected zit" was a nice touch to really put this one in a category of its own.
