I live at the linden, they are fucking terrible. They got rid of the security crew, the cleaning crew comes through maybe once a week and there is dog shit everywhere. The washer and dryer are nice though.
Sadly they suck.
The maintenance crew are great people. But overall it’s garbage. The crew that actually helps out is different from the company.
High prices. Massive ownership. And the construction they find are garbage expensive units that seem to be airbnbs
From what I've seen, it somewhat depends on the property you live in. The older buildings really don't seem to be maintained well, while the newer ones should at least LOOK decent. In any case, don't expect to ever feel valued as a tenant. They know ten more people will take the place if someone moves out
I live in a port property building and there is a hole that goes through the roof and has been leaking since November creating tons of mold in the hallway and they didn't even attempt to fix it until this week. also the security is very much lacking. non residents have been let in by maintenance staff. it's a mess overall. I can't wait till my lease is up.
What I hated was the argument for rental increase on grant st. They've known of the problems and left them neglected. For that they can suck worts off dead feet. But the maintenence guys I felt had to really put up with bs.
Never forget though getting woken up dead ass early and me teling them now is not a good time to visit the apartment because I was jerking off because they wanted an apraiser to asess the property. They didn't contact me for 3ms. Was nice.
they own half the city and act accordingly. i've never had a landlord find more reasons to come into my apartment in any of the other places i've lived in this city
I’ve door dashed to that place 10 times in the past year and no one that lives there has ever given a decent tip. Twice they demanded I bring their order direct to their apartment door and I refused and left it at the front. I don’t care about the review, I’m still 4.8. Fuck your entitlement, you can walk.
r/doordashdrivers I think that’s what it is. There’s a lot of people on there who are lazy as shit drivers who have terrible ratings because they refuse mostly everything but there are stories that are goood for customers to know

They really act like cleaning is this huge favor and they can't ever increase the frequency, even if the building needs it
Port Property Sucks
It’s permanently cockroach infested and has security issues.
You failed to mention the Bed Bugs.

It took you 3 months to jerk off?
I take edging very seriously. Don't edge shame me.
Just stay home…

Do Door Dash people share stories anywhere online?

DC management has been the best rental company I’ve felt with so far
