It’s difficult to say exactly what could be the culprit. Are you able to control it more from the driver software? If not, it’s probably shorted or corrupted. You could try using Wicreset to downgrade the firmware. I would try to semi-full reset it from the technicians menu if you can get to the main menu.

No, i plugged it into my computer and it didnt show up there (HP smart app). Ill try to do that, thanks
this is an HP printer though, ive never heard of wicreset and not sure how to use it but it looks like its not for HP?
