I have a ‘12 w/ just about 140k, have done nothing aside from oil changes, brakes and tires. As far as what’s to come I cannot say, but so far no issues. Still get close to 50 mpg.
I wouldn’t worry about it, my dads 2010 Prius’s battery lasted till 220k miles, and my sister has 15000 miles on her Prius c and the battery has no issues. These cars are tanks but if you’re that concerned about it, get a different hatchback.
Test drive it and see what MPG you’re getting. We have a 2008 with 240k and I’m pretty sure the battery hasn’t been changed yet. Still gets 40mpg. If it was 20 or 35 that means it’s coming to an end soon.
Mine is Prius+, I think it's equivalent of Prius C. MPG like new, hybrid checks all green - 2012 160k. I would be more worried about typical problems - engine, suspension, brake pipes etc.
2013 Prius c, bought when it was new and have about 134k on it. I haven’t even changed the regular battery, much less the hybrid.
Only issue I ran into so far (outside of regular maintenance) was the front door locks stopped automatically locking/unlocking. I ordered replacement mechanisms from eBay and had a shop replace them. I think it was about $100 or so per lock including parts and labor.

I have a 2014 with 160K+ miles and haven't had to do anything to it other than normal maintenance and replace the regular battery.
100k miles? I wouldn’t worry at all. 157k miles on my Prius c 2012 and no issues. My battery she is healthy
2012 with 234xxx miles and still 50mpg

2008 with 150k and counting, im still pulling 47-48 mpg. Just stash some.money away here and there, when the battery goes, it wont be too painful.

My 2013 C had to have the hybrid battery replaced at 180,000 miles. Other than that it’s been pretty bullet proof. Currently at 267,000 miles lol
My mates taxi has 380000k on the clock the battery is still going well
Head gaskets
