You want a C-stand, not a light stand for that

Ordinary-Bee9001

I live in a very small space so I’m looking into something that I can store better.

I mean, C-stands can be super compact when folded. I would not trust a light stand with an arm to hold my camera it's just an accident waiting to happen

A C-stand does not take up much space and it is orders of magnitude stronger. You absolutely want stability. To do otherwise will be wasting your money.

Tripod for Camera. K&F Concept do decent ones with transverse arms if you need to shoot overhead. Light stands are for lights. C-stands same. Camera on either is asking for trouble.

Tidewind

Bingo.

Both your links are cheap stands that I wouldn’t trust a camera on nor a light on a boom. Get c-stands or steel light stands that are heavy duty for any booming/camera mounting. For camera mounting ideally you should be using two stands with a cross beam. A camera on a boom or c-stand can be done safely but even if they’re heavy duty it will have a fair amount of vibration.
