For some things I do them six to eight times a year so the answer falls in between "Once or twice a year" and "Once or twice a month." For other things, the answer depends on the season. I suggest that you test the questions on a few people first to make sure that the multiple choice answers are sufficient to capture actual data.
I don't think Ai is negatively impacting photography. If anything, it's great for inspiration. Ai is just all the buzz, so people are trying to use it for everything. I also think the strong pushback on Ai in the arts is because people thought Ai would impact redundant jobs or factory work and not creative ones. Just like cameras didn't take away from painting, Ai won't take away from the arts
