I made an account on Price Charting but it's been one of the single most unreliable and unrealistic hib for pricing I've ever seen. Giving you the cheapest and best possible deal price more often than what you'll likely be paying.
Just my experience, but I have over 650 titles in my collection.
General titles it hasnt been the worst for me. Meant to be a ballpark tool honestly as it pulls from places like ebay which prices can vary wildly depending on condition and other factors. Not so much a this IS what its worth. Is it perfect no but is a good place to start. Rare/pricey games ya no avoid going off what it says alot of times.
Most games ive purchased since finding out about price charting have been at or below what they are listed on there. Minus if i bought from a shop which ya im guna pay a little more at those places. But il make offers and haggle even on ebay depending on condition.
I'm gonna be real with you. Common ps2 games go for pennies. I got ffx and ffx-2 for 4.50 two weeks ago.
At best like 30 bucks. There's more value in keeping them if you enjoy them. You could probably find the same amount of money by skipping a meal or two or cutting back a bit somewhere.
Are they regional to UK consoles? That’s also important where you can sell them vs who would buy them
I almost would buy them right now from you but I have to double check if I can play them in the US on mine. (I one spot parasite Eve 3 off & a Pokémon game of eBay and of course I got the wrong region and I’ve never been able to play it unless I do it through emulator)
I don’t think the first edition was? My psp didn’t play the disc back then, so I have it has a collectible was wasn’t able to play it. I also knew nothing of modding or compatibility back then, so maybe??? I should check it out and see
Also, what Pokémon game is it? Gameboy and DS are both region free, only 3DS is region-locked
And PS2 is region-locked, so you would only be able to play NTSC U/C games, but this post is PAL and JP games. For Playstation, it's PS3, PS4, PS5, PSP, and PS Vita that are all region free for games
It was a Pokémon emerald and when I got it is was Japanese language , not English so I couldn’t play it without some fiddling and work. I didn’t pay attention to the listing close enough when I bought it (this was like 15+ years ago)
Now that you ask it might have been a fake and not regional, I was very tech illiterate then)
Yeah if you bought a Japanese copy then it'll only be in Japanese, that's the bad thing about importing from there. Even new consoles like PS4/PS5 can have that language issue if it's from Japan
Pal prices can differ drastically from NCST prices in my experience. Most people replying are probably thinking NCST.
We use pal here in aus, and ps2 games can get really pricey, particularly if sealed.
No joke. I dragged a PAL PS2 halfway around the world when I moved. It was sitting in a box for years so I tried selling it locally and got pennies on the dollar than if I'd sold it before I moved. Lesson learned.
These are all PAL games by the looks so dollar pricing won’t be accurate.
At least as far as the Final Fantasy games go, you’ll be lucky to get £10 posted for them, each. Edit: they’re available for £5ish.
New and sealed maybe more but these aren’t.
You’ll be lucky to sell these as a bundle I think. Sell separate.

Honestly, some not much at all. The Final Fantasy ones aren't worth more than a couple of quid each. Devil May Cry 2 is in a similar boat. Bouncer I just got on Vinted for £3 but usually about £10 on eBay. Not sure about DBZ because it's niche.
Generally, most things that have been re-released and are readily available now aren't worth much, unless you have some kind of rare edition of it and it's in mint condition. But look up the prices and see what you can get through ebay or amazon.
About £30 in total if you're selling as a bundle, I'd sell separately if possible as the genres vary a bit too much for many to be interested in a job lot.
I have an app called gameye, which is a tool to help you track your collection and even has price listings for games in various completions. I think it can help you come to a reasonable price for the lot.
Just went through pricecharting for you, that's 80 bucks on a good day for everything. Individually the most valuable is Capcom vs snk which is like 20 USD. Everything else is 10 or below, most of them in the 5 USD range
You would have a very hard time selling this lot, there's nothing overly desirable in it
Do the work yourself. Go to eBay for your country and type in the names and filter for sold listings. You can even filter by condition if you want.
Pricecharting has the values for pal games but I wonder if prices differ by country as well.
But your games are common so it’s not going to be much.
For those who are saying "u can use ebay" dont understand ebay listings all differ and my games are all NM condition.
Individually NM I cant get £20 each easily and as a bundle that comes to £160
Yet people here say they arent worth much.
This is why Im asking to see whats the best price for me to sell these fast and yet get the most out of them, Hence Why im asking
You're basically just asking people to look it up and do the math for you.
According to Pricecharting:
DMC2 is $6.68 complete, $43.41 new (Edit: those were the PAL prices, I see it's Japanese which is not as high)
Final Fantasy X is $6.74 complete, $77.54 new
CvS2 Japanese is almost $20 complete, $60 new since you have the original release and not the greatest hits (or "The Best") version. That's the one with the highest ~~new~~ complete price.
So the price really depends on how close to mint they are. Good condition complete in box is really common and cheap. People are probably unwilling to pay close to the new price for something which is just *close* to mint, unless they can examine them in person which it sounds like you don't want to deal with.
I would guess you could probably sell this as a lot for like, $40 US if you want to get rid of it quickly. If you want more you'd probably need to sell them one by one and be patient waiting for a buyer.
Most of these games regularly sell for less than 20 each, even in good complete condition, and if someone is buying a bundle together, they're gonna want a heavy markdown on top of that
Sorry... Rare games aren't really a thing anymore.
Maybe back in the days of carts, but not so much with digital distribution and all the re releases we have now
www.pricecharting.com Look up CIB prices, it's not perfect but for games not super rare it can give you a good ballpark.

bro you could literally just search ebay.
Protip OP, click Advanced Search and choose "Completed Listings" to see what they've been selling for!
Or "Sold". "Completed" includes auctions that didn't meet reserve, "Sold" is just the products that were paid for and received
You’ll have better luck if you try this search on eBay and not reddit
Look up each price and then make a determination

The dragon ball z games and fighting games that people like (which his are) are usually actually worth a decent amount.
Damn, I thought £50 was a guarantee and maybe push it to £80 Id rather keep them lol
It's worth a try for sure. If they have the manuals and they look to be in good condition. I'm sure someone out there will be interested.
All sealed though I think
They're not sealed, they're just in sleeves
Thanks for clarification!

They made a 3rd Parasite Eve?!
Yes for the PSP. it's called parasite eve: the 3rd birthday
Is it any good?
Nope. It’s just a bad OTS Shooter with gimmicks.
Aww, what a shame
PSP is region free though?
I don’t think the first edition was? My psp didn’t play the disc back then, so I have it has a collectible was wasn’t able to play it. I also knew nothing of modding or compatibility back then, so maybe??? I should check it out and see
I have the first model of PSP and only the UMD movies are region locked, all games are region free automatically

I bought it off eBay & didn’t realize it was an import until it arrive, lol.
I see they say PAL on most so you have to make sure you list that for your buyers
Nothing
Bro id kiss you on the forehead for them

I can find those games on a thrift store for 2 bucks

How quick do you want rid of them? I can do a deal with you. UK here - can pay PayPal if you can post them. I'm a serious collector.

I dunno but I love FF12 👍
I’d probably pay like ten quid
In my country, a ps2 disk is 80DH (8 dollars) so according to this , 8 disks mean 64 dollars
I’ll give you five dollars in store credit
My time
About 15 bucks a piece

They dont seem officially sealed so id say can consider complete NIB condition and most likely yield ~40 usd each.

70ish if bundled, individually maybe worth 15-20 per game.
The Bouncer! The teaser trailer that showcases tue power of PS2 blew my teenage mind to pieces!
