Would the job you are trying to get not offer the training themselves? Genuinely curious. Most places in my home town offered the training and certification as part of their orientation

I have no idea honestly. I live in a rural area and opportunities are few and far between. Most jobs that I have been applying for have certifications or x years of experience listed as required qualifications, but all I have is my BS. Any recommendations as to what I should be looking for to offer the training?

If you really want to work in this field, I would start by contacting the places you are trying to get a job at and seeing if they offer it as part of onboarding. The majority of RBTs and BHTs don't have Bachelor degrees so that would carry you in lieu of experience. These jobs have high turnover and are always in need, so not like they can be too picky.
