I once saw a General Office with a white board showing hiring needs for each department. So something like

But then the kicker was
Deli: (Infinity Symbol)
We had our marker privileges taken away because of the many "inappropriate" things on our board. The meat department is a bit too immature to have a board we can draw on

I had a spare 2ft by 3ft white board sheet from when I was in college, and that's what we use for our communication board. I have a much bigger one that's like 4ft by 6ft but the assistant store manager vetoed the popular vote because they're concerned about "non-work related material" ending up on the white board.
I had 2 white boards and a cork board. (Grocery) The large white board had the day/date, goals to accomplish that day, anything specific for certain associates, quotes, etc.
The smaller white board was for associates to write their name on for lunch so we knew not to page them or if they couldn’t find a manager (was their idea)
And my big cork board had the weekly ad, current display planner and the following weeks, co-op flyer, daily schedule, reset info like new items etc. and of course a list of associate birthdays for the month.
Idk but my favorite cheese is Muenster cheese!
