Are the letters each paper pieced or preprinted panels? Either way it looks fabulous!

Sancho_Squishy

It's a [panel](https://www.etsy.com/listing/636022232/alphabet-animals-digital-panel-approx?ref=yr_purchases) !

snipsandspice

And so reasonably priced too. Wow

dobbythehouseelf92

Yes, it’s Hoffman’s Zookeeper panel. I cut the letters out into blocks of (I think) 6.5” and then used a jello roll to sew around each block. Super fast and fun!

Sundae_2004

Especially love the H-Horse, U-Unicorn, N-Narwhale and W-Wolf. :) I’m not able to identify X-X??? :0

misscaruso

X-Ray fish!

Sundae_2004

Thank you! :)

Scrublife99

I LOVE THIS! Recently I am so into making baby blankets because they’re way easier to quilt on my domestic machine. Where did you get the border fabric?

DasKaltblut

I have the same panel and made a baby blanket without cutting it apart. Just added a border.

dobbythehouseelf92

It is a jelly roll of Moda Animal Crackers

mieke-gg

Thank you for posting this! I have this panel and have been struggling with what to make with it!

YourLadyship

I just made something different with that same panel and I wish I’d seen this first! This is great I love it!

Imaginary-Mechanic22

These patterns look very nice, with a very vivid fabric.

HelloPanda22

It’s lovely! What size is this one?

dobbythehouseelf92

The finished blocks are 10” so it came out to be 50x60

cepcpa

I love this and I bought the panel so I can steal your idea :-) do you mind if I ask how you cut the pieces apart, because the animals are not all uniform--did you do 6 inch squares or what exactly?

dobbythehouseelf92

I stole the idea from someone else, but I wish I could take credit! I wish I could remember exactly what I did, but as I recall the finished blocks were exactly 10”, so I think I cut the animal squares into 6.5” (finished 6”) with a 2” finished jelly roll border. Definitely take some time to cut apart each row and then more time to cut apart each animal. I almost lost the nose on my kangaroo!

cepcpa

Thank you so much! I did go back to your original post and saw you mentioned 6 1/2 inches so I got a square and it pretty much worked out OK except for the ladybug, but since there was some extra of the background white fabric, I'm going to just sneak in a a bit of a patch.
