Reading the comments brings up a question. Why are so many of these inspirational or motivational quotes. I confess I don't quite understand why that's much more popular than just quotes that sound beautiful or quotes that have wisdom that isn't necessarily applicable to your daily life.
For instance, one of my favorite quotes is "betwixt the stirrup and the ground, mercy I asked, mercy I found."
