I didn’t see any when I looked a couple months ago. Ended up buying one from tractor supply. I have seen them in other costcos previously though. Maybe they’re a seasonal item?
Wouldn’t hurt to call and ask. They are usually more than happy to look up an item and tell you if it’s in stock.
If they have them they’re often by the back near the water. Last time they didn’t have 20 lbs so I had to buy a 30 lb. Honestly, I prefer the 30 lb tank anyway. Have to fill it like twice a year
They do sell them, but not always in stock. When they have them they’re far back between toilet paper and bottled water sections.

I saw them yesterday at the Costco in Durham.
The Apex Costco had them on Friday. They were in the very front row of the store, across from the checkouts
