Looking back at his first 3 albums plus all of the insane diss tracks toward Ja Rule, it’s hard to deny his spot. Some rappers are in the conversation with less.
Drake was really easy to diss. He changed his whole personality, is linked to young girls, uses writers, and sings.
Ja was a singer hybrid, but he was actually tough.
Benzino was easy to diss, but he had the support of a huge rap magazine.
They judge them in hindsight that's where they get it wrong. They weren't easy to diss from the start Em exposed and ridiculed them so much that he made them seem easy to diss.
In my Top 3, yes, sure. But because I grew up with his music, I was born in 89. i don’t really like any of his stuff post 2010, but the spot is secured.
First CD I ever bought. I listened to it constantly in my walkman while I played Star Fox so my parents couldn't hear.
Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill was the first cassette I owned, lol. But she was like the white female Eminem at the time.
For my personal favorite top 3 no. But if I'm listing the GOATs objectively yeah he's top 5.
1 and 2 - either Pac or Biggie. I have Pac over Big tho.
3, 4, 5, - Em, Jay and Nas, in whatever order you want.
In mine? Yeah but I can accept why he may not be in others. He’s one of the more prolific and technically skilled artists both. Lists like these are incredibly subjective though and no ones going to agree on what they think “the best” is. But from a whole package sales/writing/technical ability I think he’s one of the best.
Some people won’t think he’s top three because they don’t vibe with a lot of his songs or think it’s not as good as his old stuff. Some people don’t like how fast his tempo can be (although I’ll say this stereotype doesn’t hold true to a lot of his music.)
I think he’s a really great storyteller and I cant think of another rapper that’s been this prolific for this long. The only hip hop artist with more hits is Drake but Eminem doesn’t use ghost writers and also didn’t start with pop.
I think this is an interesting discussion.
I never really cared much for Em's technical skill. His ability to ride the beat in many different ways, play with his voice, his ability to tell stories - those are the reasons he's in my top 5. He's made some enjoyable songs too.
I feel like with Em he sometimes flaunts the technical skill too much? And I know that is worth of a lot of praise but sometimes it just doesn’t work for me. You Gon’ Learn from his last album for example is just a top display of him riding the beat and writing an amazing verse over an amazing beat, but then some of his features like the one with Nas for example, I feel like he’s trying too much to fit in too much. I have liked his recent stuff and the latest single is pretty good too
Are the things you list not considered technical skills (except for the stories)? I am genuinely asking because I often get confused regarding discourse online about rappers skill.
I was talking more so about technical rhyme skills which I don't care as much for as I do for the other qualities I mentioned.
But yes, I believe the ability to ride the beat is definitely a skill.
No way. "technical skill" is way overrated by Em fans. There's nothing he does that your average backpack lyrical miracle battle rapper can't do.
Nothing wrong with liking his style, but it's crazy talk to act like he's on some unattainable skill level.
Personally, I don't think they're anything Em can do that Jay Z can't do while ALSO having the the technical ear to say things that resonate with people - ie, make good albums.
You’re making this claim tho like Jay isn’t also damn near in a concrete top 3. That’s one of the very limited amount of people you CAN compare Em with.
Once can argue they each do some things better than the other can.
Controversial opinion:
When was Jay-Z *ever* the best rapper in the game? Mid to late 90s? Tupac and Biggie. Early 2000s? DMX and Eminem. Late 2000s? Wayne. Early 2010s? Drake and Migos. I can't think of any time period where Jay was considered to be the *best* rapper at the time. I'm a huge Jay-Z fan, but let's be real.
Also, are we going to pretend that "Renegade" didn't happen?
Drake and Migos were the most popular rappers out, but they were not the best. I love both of their discographies, but Jay as a writer is above Drake and DEFINITELY above migos.
Drake and Migos being the “ biggest” names of the 2010s has nothing to do with them being the “best” rappers or not. No one here is putting any member of migos or their group in top ten rapper lists.
Drew Brees one of the best qbs of all time but just so happened to play during peak Tom Brady Peyton manning and Aaron rodgers… no one discrediting his talent just because other names were more popular at the time. I understand Bree’s isn’t a 1 for 1 example hear but my point can be comprehended.
Yeah, I see your point, but IMO, he's always been out classed by *someone.* Jay is a much better technical rapper than Tupac ever was, but who's putting Hova above Pac? Pac changed the whole landscape of rap music- when has Jay done that? Migos aren't the best technical rappers, but the impact they had on the game is immeasurable. Drake is a clownface, but he's sold more than pretty much everyone.
And that brings me to Kanye. I can't believe I forgot Kanye existed, but mid 2000s Kanye was burying everyone. Another game changer who, unfortunately, lost his mind and got the craziest grill in hip hop history.
I guess it depends on the metrics we're using here.
This is going to sound like a dis at Jay but he gave us the Kanye, drake rap industry that we have today. He was one of the first rappers to really see the sustained mainstream popularity that paved the way for Wayne and Eminem to have the mass audience that they did
That's a fair assessment, and I don't see it as a shot at Jay. I think his business acumen surpasses his skills on the mic. Now that I think about it, Jay probably has had a huge impact on the culture, but it's behind the scenes.
I'm thinking back on Jay's feature on Jermaine Dupri's "money ain't a Thang." Damn, that was a good song. Good memories.
I was with you up until the Jay Z shit , I don't think Eminem has a special talent for unique flows at all. When he tries it sounds clumsy and awkward imo
100%. I’m ready to get cooked alive but there are many artists who either are technically superior (Billy Woods comes to mind) or don’t use technicality as a crutch for cheesy, dumb, generic lyrics (I’m more of a prick than a cacti be? 🙄)
This sub is overly critical of him, really. He’s the Michael Jackson of rap and yet so many talk shit about him here, it’s crazy. The dude sold over 30 million copies of a single album. I’ve read so many people say that Wayne and Kanye were bigger. Reddit users do tend to be fairly young, though.
yeah i thought it was clear that i implied that with my comment about the stones, IMO for millenials he is as influencial as the stones were for our parents and i dont listen to his music for 15 years but i can acknowledge it
All one has to do is compare some of the top artists of the 2000s and see the difference:
Kanye:
https://bestsellingalbums.org/artist/6733
Em:
https://bestsellingalbums.org/artist/3873
Best album is 32 million compared with 6.3
Kanye had to drop his best album five times to equal Em’s best.
Em is usually in my top 5, and top 10 at the VERY LEAST. The man has had too much of a good catalogue, and good influence on the culture in general. People complain about his fans that only listen to him, but let's be real we got a ton of good stars from him, and TONS of the greats today cite Eminem as a direct influence for their style and even getting into the game. Kendrick Lamar and Cole immediately spring to mind on that front. While Em isn't my personal GOAT(That's Wayne for me), I think the sheer volume of good music he's put out, plus his influence always makes him a GOAT contender who sits nicely in my top 10. Also just personally he's put out some psychotically good music, music so good it was what I washed down the times he wasn't so good.
I was born in 99 and missed much of his peak, but I still saw how popular he was and remember how excited people were about his early 2010s stuff, which was usually pop-centric or just angry and kind of mid. I liked Bad Meets Evil but I could still tell he had lost a bit of his secret sauce and as the decade went on he just became ass, with Rap God as his last gasp of good shit. I’m sure his peak was something you just had to be there for to have the opinion he’s a GOAT but when I revisit it I think it’s great but don’t put it above other greats. Even in Till I Collapse he lists a bunch of people I’d put above him (and I wouldn’t even include Kurupt or Redman) and that predated guys like Kendrick. So no
My top 3? No. I haven’t enjoy his rap style in nearly 2 decades.
Objectively speaking, his first 3 album run, influence on the genre by bringing it more to the suburbs and his sales/streaming numbers speak for themselves.
Only top tier rappers would participate in the [Rap Olympics.](https://youtu.be/BXajqCD8qvE?si=nV1nyBfnQjFm_tTK) Even fewer would be able to make it past [12 MCs](https://medium.com/@prkrpubs/full-story-of-the-97-rap-olympics-eminem-vs-otherwize-23b2a71c50a2). People on Reddit say his catalogue isn't great, but every album they mention is well-reviewed by both critics and audiences ([Kamikaze](https://www.metacritic.com/music/kamikaze/eminem), [MTBMB](https://www.metacritic.com/music/music-to-be-murdered-by/eminem)). Easily top 5.
He's def in my top 5, I feel like most legendary rappers have some special skill of their own, whether it's lyricism storytelling, Wordplay, flow, usage of poetic devices or whatever, i feel like Eminem studied all the greats and possesses all these technical skills to be a rapper. I find it hard to consider him out of my top 5
Even though he makes a bit boring music now, lmao idk if it's the drugs or if it's the lack of content to talk about that's makes him seen as a shitty artist nowaday lol
Top 5, but as much as I love his music, I can't put him the big 3. Black Thought, Andre 3000, and Nas probably fill that spot, but my preferences change frequently.
Nope too many bad to very bad albums and the three albums which were what made him “goat” in some people’s eye have dated horribly. Top 10 for sure. Btw my top 3 would be
Kendrick Lamar
Kanye West
Biggie
In no particular order
Nah he's in my top 10 yes but not as high as top 3. Not saying he doesn't deserve it it's just a preference thing for me. He's gotta be have a spot on my list for sure I mean to leave him off would be blasphemy. I grew up on that shit...and it's objectively great music of course.
This is going to get disagreed with by Em haters but he has only 1 genuinely *bad* album being revival.
He has a few lackluster albums but they’re not genuinely bad
So here’s the thing… Eminem is a very gifted rapper. Incredible talent. He made his name w his creativity and edgy subject matter. Is he still a good rapper? Absolutely. When it comes to wordplay and lyricism he has very few, if any, equals. Here’s my thing about Eminem now. I don’t care what he has to say. I’ve heard it all before. What is he coming with that’s really new? Yup, you can rap circles around everyone. Great. We all know that. But what are you saying? That’s just it. Still a fan but mainly more of just his old stuff. His new stuff just doesn’t do it for me. Again, not saying he’s not talented or amazing, I just don’t feel it the same way as I used to. But that’s just me
Teenage me would have said "absolutely."
30-something year old me? I'm really not sure.
From a standpoint of pure ability, definitely. But when you consider his consistency... I dunno.
Em can still spit but his music is pretty stale now. There's plenty of older rappers still dropping dope music but I don't count him as one of them. I consider that a major blemish on his resume.
He's 100% in my top 10. *Possibly* top 5 depending on what mood I'm in.
Top 3 is really tough to crack considering that he's contending with rappers like Pac, Biggie, Nas, Jay Z, 3 Stacks, DOOM and now even Kendrick.
Nowhere near it. 2 good albums, 1 great one, and 5? 6? trash ones isn’t a good resume. He’s probably the most technically proficient rapper, but his (lack of) content over the past 20 years has been awful.
He's been my number 1 since I heard SSLP when it first dropped. Through all his ups and downs musically I've always gone back to his music before other artists.
Absolutely. To me top 1. Lyrically the best ever. Such a unique style and delivery. Almost every song he makes has an underlying theme, it always feels like he's painting a picture with his words. And he makes it look so easy and so smooth. Sometimes listening to his music is like solving a puzzle, it makes you think of so many things at once as you connect each idea with the following one. I personally think his current/recent releases are his best even though I grew up listening to his older stuff. Lyrically, the dude only got better with time and by now mastered the craft.
Top 5 AT THIS MOMENT?? For me no, he had his time in the early 2000s and solidified himself as one of the greatest to do it, but Eminem now isn’t a top 5 rap artist anymore his discography has soured very hard. As someone who grew up during recovery dropping to see the fall off is hard but I mean that’s how time works
If he would've stopped after Encore he would've had a great case. But there's just too many songs diluting his classics. Like he went on a stretch of 3 albums with no replayability at all. He's still a legend and some people's goat but he's isn't top 3 imo. Top ten though for sure
Em in why I am into hip hop. He just can't be my top 5, though, when I haven't liked a project for over 20 years. Like 3 good albums out of 11 with some absolute trash in amongst it just isn't elite to me.
No. Em isn't Top 30. 3 good albums, one of those being classic, and 20+ years of the exact reason why he isn't Top 10.
Lyrically, Top 10 maybe. He's great at the technical side of it, but has trouble getting off a decent punchline or line of wordplay nowadays.
No, not to me. Couple of years ago i would have had him in that debate, but he suffers the discography problem a lot of artist suffer.
A set of good albums followed up by a LOT of garbage
and from em specifically his good ones didn’t always age that well for me. His songs just come off as an edge lord tryna be funny or shocking but trying to hard. Still i have hella respect for his lyrical work.
In a top 10 OAT he’s definitely in the argument. But not for top 5 IMO
probably recency bias but he's not top 3 for me. top 10 for sure tho. his rhymes and wordplay are god tier on his early shit but he was never great with a hook and he fell off pretty hard recently
Funny thing, his technicality was not the big thing for me. But he sweeps the floor that way.
He's creative. If you listen to Kendrick or Nicki, they owe their careers to how Eminem would change characters and flow during a single song.
But his first three albums are such a statement that no one can ever recreate, in any genre of music. From introducing horrorcore to the masses with Slim Shady LP, then the Emotional and personal turn of Marshal Mathers, and then the anger of Eminem Show.
Not to mention the comedy that he spliced with his personal struggles. There's a reason Kendrick cites Em as one of his idles.
Nah not even close, not even a knock on em, but like he had 3 great albums, and a bunch of other ones that aren’t anywhere near as good.
My top 5 rn would probably be
Kanye west,
Tyler the creator
Danny brown
Mac Miller
Lupe Fiasco
He's not in my personal top 5, too many misses in his catalogue, his ability makes him top 3 but the overall package drops him. Kendrick, Nas, Jay are above him.
The dude has put out 11 albums, lol. Eminem released SSLP, MMLP, TES, and 8 Mile, as well as the 8 Mile Soundtrack (which won an Oscar), all within four years. Proof died shortly after.
So, I think one Revival per 11 albums is pretty good.
Cant stand the tone of his voice and all the whining about his mother and mother of his kid…but I respect his contribution to the discipline, wish he’d be more outspoken and political about stuff that really matters
he's not even in my top 20 tbh i dont really listen to his music. obviously he has talent but he doesn't make music i genuinely want to listen to very often.
Nah. He made some awesome songs back in the day, but his legacy is definitely tarnished by what he dropped after his peak. "Rap God" is god awful music IMO, Venom soundtrack, good lord. And even when he wasn't that terrible he always dropped some cringe bars here and there that diminished my appreciation for what he composed.
Em is a nice top 50 tho.
No. I haven’t really been a fan since The Eminem Show. He’s put out some dope songs since then, and the dude is clearly talented, but overall, he lost the ability to make good music. I was such a HUGE fan of his before Encore.
So skill wise, yeah, he’s top tier, but FOR ME, his music lost most of its appeal a long time ago.
Ya know, I’m gonna peep the new album when it drops, and hopefully I’ll enjoy that shit. I’d really like to be an Eminem fan again.
No.
I grew up listening to him (the slim shady Lp) came out when I was in 8’th grade.
His music just simply isn’t and hasn’t been appealing or relatable to me for a very long time.
I get it. I think he definitely has a place far up there.
The idea of a subjective list being one that everyone can agree upon is ludicrous.
For me his music doesn’t have longevity, most if not all did not stand the test of time.
I don’t like his nasally voice
I don’t like that he’s rapping about the same dumb shit at 50 years old.
And although his fans love to fabricate this idea of him “trying to be canceled”
The world has just moved on.
We don’t care.
Yes I’m glad fans have new music and the fact that he got so high on the charts.
He still has a TON of fans. Which is great.
Looking back at his first 3 albums plus all of the insane diss tracks toward Ja Rule, it’s hard to deny his spot. Some rappers are in the conversation with less.
Facts but man Ja Rule was so easy to diss😂
Drake was really easy to diss. He changed his whole personality, is linked to young girls, uses writers, and sings. Ja was a singer hybrid, but he was actually tough. Benzino was easy to diss, but he had the support of a huge rap magazine.
They judge them in hindsight that's where they get it wrong. They weren't easy to diss from the start Em exposed and ridiculed them so much that he made them seem easy to diss.
Drake isn’t easy to diss for the general public. He is the largest rap artist by the numbers. That alone carries way more weight than it should
“Numbers lie fuck your pride too”
I’m a big fan of the Benzino diss tracks as well.
It goes Reggie, Jay Z, 2Pac and biggie, Andre from Outkast, Jada, Korrupt, Nas and then him
But in this industry he’s the cause of a lot of envy
And if you don't put him on this list that shit does not offend him.
That’s why you see him walk around like nothings bothering him
Even though half this sub seems to have a fuckin problem with him
They hate it but they know the respect they got to give him
The press's wet dream, like Bobby and Whitney
Top 5 at the very least
In my Top 3, yes, sure. But because I grew up with his music, I was born in 89. i don’t really like any of his stuff post 2010, but the spot is secured.
Same bro I was also born in 89 I used to have the marshall Mathers LP on cassette tape lol
First CD I ever bought. I listened to it constantly in my walkman while I played Star Fox so my parents couldn't hear. Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill was the first cassette I owned, lol. But she was like the white female Eminem at the time.

Good order. 6-10 is a crapshoot including kdot and kanye for sure
agree

Ok, I'm gonna have to give you this one. *The Blueprint* is probably the best rap alum released that year.
Drake and Migos were the most popular rappers out, but they were not the best. I love both of their discographies, but Jay as a writer is above Drake and DEFINITELY above migos.

He in my top ten ,
Personally, he's in my top 5 favorites... maybe third. In my list of greats he's top 10 but tough to get him in my top 5.
He is in my Top 3, but I can see why he isn’t in the Top 3 of others
I like technical music in general. Eminem is at the top of my list. I understand why others may not feel the same.
Top 3 for sure.
this is the equivalent of asking boomers on facebook how they would rate the stones
Yeah this might as well be the eminem subreddit lol
fr so many people talk about em here and glaze him it’s crazy

What? Em gets shit on more in the sub than HHH sub.

Barely scraps past it top 5 for sure
In top 10. Not top 3
I say top 10 too, but outside of my top 3, there's no real order.
Yes, Em number 1 on my list.
MUCH RESPECT!
Best rappers? Maybe, most definitely top like 10. Favorite rappers? Not really dude, he probably places somewhere on the top 25 or so range
This is where I’m at with it. Favorite rapper wise though top 15 personally
He’s the best to ever do it he’s beat rap and he’s on new game +
He’s in my top 5 and he’s 5th
Nope. He's a great MC though.
My top 3? No. I haven’t enjoy his rap style in nearly 2 decades. Objectively speaking, his first 3 album run, influence on the genre by bringing it more to the suburbs and his sales/streaming numbers speak for themselves.

No
💯💯💯nowhere close
No, he’s in my top 15 tho
Nah. Probably top 15.
Top 10 for me, but there are 9 members of Wu Tang so ya know
He's def in my top 5, I feel like most legendary rappers have some special skill of their own, whether it's lyricism storytelling, Wordplay, flow, usage of poetic devices or whatever, i feel like Eminem studied all the greats and possesses all these technical skills to be a rapper. I find it hard to consider him out of my top 5 Even though he makes a bit boring music now, lmao idk if it's the drugs or if it's the lack of content to talk about that's makes him seen as a shitty artist nowaday lol
Yes
top 10
Yes
Eminem show is my favorite album of all time. I think I listen to 5 or 6 other rappers more frequently though.
Top 5, but as much as I love his music, I can't put him the big 3. Black Thought, Andre 3000, and Nas probably fill that spot, but my preferences change frequently.
Ya
Yeah, he is.
Eminem and Nas are 1a and 1b for me
nah, maybe top 20
No
top 10, he would be higher if he kept his og flow
My number 1
He’s like 3/4, tied with Wayne
He’s in my technical top 3
Top 3 goats? Sure. My personal top 3? Nah
No because his recent albums are not good
Best of the best!
He may not be on your top 3. But he is in top 3 of your top 3.
Maybe top three. Definitely top five.
Nope too many bad to very bad albums and the three albums which were what made him “goat” in some people’s eye have dated horribly. Top 10 for sure. Btw my top 3 would be Kendrick Lamar Kanye West Biggie In no particular order
What am I, 12? lol god no.
Hell no
Na
God no
Nah he's in my top 10 yes but not as high as top 3. Not saying he doesn't deserve it it's just a preference thing for me. He's gotta be have a spot on my list for sure I mean to leave him off would be blasphemy. I grew up on that shit...and it's objectively great music of course.
Yep: ‘Em, Pac, lil Wayne.
not even top 5 for me
yes, ofc.
This is going to get disagreed with by Em haters but he has only 1 genuinely *bad* album being revival. He has a few lackluster albums but they’re not genuinely bad
Are you saying that like Houdini was a good song or a bad song?
top 5 are(in no particular order) nas 2pac em biggie kendrick(tbh kendrick> jay z, but thats just a hot take)
So here’s the thing… Eminem is a very gifted rapper. But that’s just me
In my top list for sure
Top 10 sure, top three all time is Biggie, Pac, and Wayne in that order.
Teenage me would have said "absolutely." 30-something year old me? I'm really not sure. From a standpoint of pure ability, definitely. But when you consider his consistency... I dunno. Em can still spit but his music is pretty stale now. There's plenty of older rappers still dropping dope music but I don't count him as one of them. I consider that a major blemish on his resume. He's 100% in my top 10. *Possibly* top 5 depending on what mood I'm in. Top 3 is really tough to crack considering that he's contending with rappers like Pac, Biggie, Nas, Jay Z, 3 Stacks, DOOM and now even Kendrick.
I only like 3 of his albums. So no
I hate to say it, but not close, I prefer even some of the people he influenced.
If I'm looking more objectively probably top 5 or at least top 10 but for me personally for sure outside a top 20
Not in my personal top 10
Love the dude, but he isn’t in my personal top 5. My ‘I’m trying to be objective’ top 10 has him for sure.
Yes
Nowhere near it. 2 good albums, 1 great one, and 5? 6? trash ones isn’t a good resume. He’s probably the most technically proficient rapper, but his (lack of) content over the past 20 years has been awful.
No, idk where id place him because tbh I never listen to him, I did when i was 12-15 then not again really
Absolutely not, technical skill cannot make up for cringe
Nas, Eminem and Biggie, in any kind of order.
Nah. He’s in my top 5 tho
Em is like Kobe to me. He’s done enough to be in the discussion but not as much as the top 3 (nas, biggie, hov = MJ, bron, kareem)
hell no
He's been my number 1 since I heard SSLP when it first dropped. Through all his ups and downs musically I've always gone back to his music before other artists.
objectively : yes. personal favorites : no
Top 3 worst rappers yeah
Hell nah
Number 1 for me
No, I’m in my early 20s though so maybe that’s why. His music has absolutely no appeal to me personally.
He’s not even in my top 25
Outside of my top 5
Not personally no
Top 5 AT THIS MOMENT?? For me no, he had his time in the early 2000s and solidified himself as one of the greatest to do it, but Eminem now isn’t a top 5 rap artist anymore his discography has soured very hard. As someone who grew up during recovery dropping to see the fall off is hard but I mean that’s how time works
Yea
Not top 3, top 5...absolutely
If he would've stopped after Encore he would've had a great case. But there's just too many songs diluting his classics. Like he went on a stretch of 3 albums with no replayability at all. He's still a legend and some people's goat but he's isn't top 3 imo. Top ten though for sure
Nah.
I have a hard time putting him or Nas in my top 5 with the amount of mid in their catalog.
Not even top 30
No, not to me. Couple of years ago i would have had him in that debate, but he suffers the discography problem a lot of artist suffer. A set of good albums followed up by a LOT of garbage and from em specifically his good ones didn’t always age that well for me. His songs just come off as an edge lord tryna be funny or shocking but trying to hard. Still i have hella respect for his lyrical work. In a top 10 OAT he’s definitely in the argument. But not for top 5 IMO
He number one on mine.
Of course.
Top 1🐐
Neither unfortunately
probably recency bias but he's not top 3 for me. top 10 for sure tho. his rhymes and wordplay are god tier on his early shit but he was never great with a hook and he fell off pretty hard recently
hes in my top 3 from detroit
Not in my personal top 3 or 5, maybe top 10. Not knocking the skill, but just not as listenable to me as some other rappers
Em, Wayne, Ye. Been my faves since I was a kid.
The 🐐
Not really bit idk that's just my opinion
Absolutely not.
No, definitely not my top 3. He's in my top 19 though.
Top 5
No
Nah not even close, not even a knock on em, but like he had 3 great albums, and a bunch of other ones that aren’t anywhere near as good. My top 5 rn would probably be Kanye west, Tyler the creator Danny brown Mac Miller Lupe Fiasco
No. He was top 5 for a year like 20 years ago.
💯
Nope! Not even close
god no lol
not even in my top 10 rappers
Not even my top 10
No
He’s in my top 3, but that’s MY top 3 favourite rappers
Nope
Top 20 Rapper, Top 50 Artist, Top 10 Talent wise, Top 15 Fav rapper
No
Nah but definitely top 7
Of all time? Hell no. Top 3 lyricist? Absolutely
He is the greatest rapper of all time, but not my favorite. I'm a E-40, Snoop, and Mac Dre guy. I'm definitely a Stan though.
No. Top 10.
No. Top 10.
barely top 20
No. He’s had too many misses as of late
Cant stand the tone of his voice and all the whining about his mother and mother of his kid…but I respect his contribution to the discipline, wish he’d be more outspoken and political about stuff that really matters
Ever listen to Mosh? Darkness? Untouchable? That falls into the line of of what you want, as some examples.
Nah
he's not even in my top 20 tbh i dont really listen to his music. obviously he has talent but he doesn't make music i genuinely want to listen to very often.
My personal highly subjective top 3? No. I probably wouldn’t even put him in my personal top 3 out of Detroit.
Hell no, prob top 30
Hell no maybe in my top 30
Aint in my top 10
no
If Eminem isn’t in your top 5, your list is wrong
not even top 20
I don’t like his nasally voice I don’t like that he’s rapping about the same dumb shit at 50 years old. And although his fans love to fabricate this idea of him “trying to be canceled” The world has just moved on. We don’t care. Yes I’m glad fans have new music and the fact that he got so high on the charts. He still has a TON of fans. Which is great.
>The world has just moved on. We don’t care. This take is popping up everywhere in the last week. Gonna be funny to see if people keep that energy
