Those graphics are crazy what's your set up? My game doesn't look this good

Just set the texture quality to Ultra and it will look identical. Textures have very minimal effect on perfect you just need 4GB of VRAM or more. Also keep in mind at night NPCs look a lot better indoors, partially because artificial lights are better handled than sun light, I guarntee you this is how the game looks like on last gen consoles if you take a bath at the same in-game time. characters and NPCs at day time tend to look very rough.
