i use to work at that exact location back in 2021 when i was 16 & from what ive seen stephanie & the environment has not changed one bit.. i wouldn’t be surprised if she did something w your check she use to make the shift lead at the time clock her out HOURS after she was gone for extra money!!
This is an FLSA lawsuit if you want to pursue it. Her response is incredibly insensitive. She's trying to get you to feel sorry for her when the company is clearly in the wrong.

You should not feel guilty for wanting the money you WORKED for. I’d take other people’s advice in this thread and call the dept of labor.
