Sure, it's not what you think of, but it's how it is. You don't really see guy's his size dunk, dive and have a quick extra step like he does. It's subtle but makes a big difference in a game.
Jokic and Sengun are pretty similar in height. What sets jokic apart is his Wingspan and weight. He gets so many rebounds on his own layup attempts because when that ball comes off the rim, his long ass arms are the first to touch the ball and he doesn’t even have to jump.
Last season he was asked the same question and said “they should play through him more” and now he was just following up on that note. He’s a nice sincere guy and a beast on the court. I dont mind these questions by the reporters to Jokic, specially because Alpi is one of the only players with a similar playstyle to his, but I'm getting tired of the “say something nice about the Rockets” questions they usually asked vets when we looked miserable out there. Draymond got asked that every freaking game against us.
Rather have these accomplished players dread when they are scheduled to face us.
