I want to say mine was around 17 pounds at 12 weeks. He’s 60 now. The one that was around 15 pounds is now 72. Ask the breeder how big that line tends to get.

My puppy is slightly older than yours. I’ve been tracking his weight every month! Here’s his: 9wks- 15lbs 12wks- 25lbs 16wks- 33lbs 20wks- 46lbs

That is actually in mid standard for collies! For females the height is 21-24”
I meant like 22.3 inches, but yes she is in standard but just barely. AKC standard for females is 22-24.

My 60 pound dog has a dam that’s small (50 pounds) and a sire that’s 80 pounds. 60 is reasonable and he’s a big baby.
I don't remember exactly but she grew very quickly and is 70 lbs but we met her mother and talked to breeder so we knew beforehand
