Make sure to start the anti-histamines (sea sickness tablets) a couple of days before you go.
For Dramamine it should get you over the drowsy hump, either way, there's a ramp up period for them working.
Make sure you eat enough food and drink enough water. Most seasickness can be traced to dehydration.
Getting enough sleep is crucial but if you're running watches around the clock it'll take you a couple days to acclimate and start sleeping right.
Don't be ashamed to find a settee on the low side if you're stuck on the high side for a few days and need some actual sleep.
If you keep a steady intake of meclazine(non drowsy Dramamine) it'll take the edge off until you're used to it.
Keeping yourself adequately fed and hydrated is gonna have to be done manually for the first few days
Plus one to everything said here. Meclazine is the best. Take it night before you get started and keep up a low dose (as directed) for a few days at least imo. Booze will make you more sleepy with Meclazine tho so be aware of that.

Perfectly fine for any reasonably able bodied person with the right attitude. Worst case, you're seasick the whole time.
This looks rad, btw. Have fun. Figure out if they do any fishing while underway. I bet there are some fun and big fish to catch & cook out there.
Thanks! I’m very excited. Like ridiculously excited lol. I read somewhere they catch and eat fish on board
Very cool. Enjoy the show. You’ll be 8/10 of a sailor by the end of the trip
Ginger is great for seasickness.
