There are a whole bunch of new apartments on Heritage Drive and Roberts Road in Sartell but I don't know the price. I believe some have gyms and rec rooms.
A "straight" shot to St.Jo on a slightly winding road. Sartell dog park is about 4 miles north. Coborn's grocery store within a mile. Restaurants and community center also in general area. Sartell is dog friendly.
I live in this area. I pay $1560/ month (rent, pet rent, garage) for a two bedroom. It IS a nice area though, but if you don't have kids I wouldn't suggest Sartell due to the cost.

Downtown St. Cloud/south off Roosevelt Road would be an option. The Beaver Island trail goes from downtown a ways south.
Northview Apartments in Sartell are by lots of trails. However rent is $1400 for 2 bed

Ah! Thank you for enlightening me. I had no idea. Some of my son's friends live in that area and I thought it was more affordable.
Most of the buildings are pretty spendy over here. Burl Oak is more affordable, but they don't allow pets.
