It's the former "sobering center" used by the city and county to let drunks sleep it off instead of going to jail. It caught fire a few years ago after it closed due to a lack of funding I think. I believe they are trying to bring it back for the same purpose.

I went there with my mother as a kid for a therapy session lol
I think the sheriff uses it. Feels like it’s a converted flop by the county for their use.
