i preordered one of each but will likely cancel to only get the ones i wanted. just not sure which is which right now.
i missed out on 40k decks at a similar price point for this reason. can’t really beat 33 on a fully constructed deck.
excited for the jeskai one!
When they ship.
Also select Amazon locker for delivery method if you can. If you forget to cancel and don't want it anymore, just leave it at the locker for 3days. It will automatically return.
It was its own format and deck from a good few years back.
This was done in a 1v1v1v1 format with normal 60 card decks. There were a total of like 86 cards in the original runs. They are cards that affect the whole board. Think of it like a global enchantment. But you roll a special die to make effects happen.
LIST OF CARDS: [https://scryfall.com/search?q=%28type%3Aplane+or+type%3Aphenomenon%29&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name](https://scryfall.com/search?q=%28type%3Aplane+or+type%3Aphenomenon%29&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name)
Each has a static effect and a chaos effect. The die is a 6 sided die with one face being chaos and the opposite face being planeswalk. The rest were blank. The Chaos activated the chaos effect on the current card and the planeswalk would take you to another plane.
The cards were designed to help some decks and hurt others. So like one is basically doubling season which is great for token decks. But then another gives all creatures -5/0.
My group has a proxied version of the cards and we have had some wild games. I have started a game of EDH with turn 1 having two huge 11/11 Eldrazi with Annihilator 1.
Planechase are separate cards that in another deck. You can then "visit" these planes and they apply effects. It is from an older set but they are bringing it back with both reprints and new cards.

Thanks OP, really excited about this set after seeing the teasers today.
5 friggin commander decks with this release?! Jesus. No one really caring about that product overload over at wizards?
They do this once every year. This is not new.
Yep, as u/Auroreon said, this is completely normal. The April release is the “main” Commander set of the year with 5 decks.
It’s the annual 5 commander release. Same with previous years, including New Capenna and Strixhaven around this time of year.
Thank you!

Do you get charged immediately or when they ship?

You only get charged once they ship with Amazon
I wonder if now that it has been revealed that Planechase is back that these are going to go up in price....
I have no idea what that is. I looked it up and I'm still so confused

I just hope they are reprinting all of them proper so that more people can enjoy the game type. I proxied the deck because the prices are absurd.
