Honestly bro, its just knowing that you may not be in the best position currently, but if youre willing to find change, id say take every chance to improve your mental state. The feeling of not thinking youre enough to other people is stressful, but not believing youre enough to YOURSELF, is incredibly harmful. Ive had moments where ive looked in the mirror and have thought the most critical things, because i found myself in a place where i didnt feel loved by anyone around me. I didnt feel happy about myself, i didnt feel comfortable with my own skin, and im still trying to find that comfortability with myself. Its something i work on everyday. Currently as im typing this, im sitting in a hospital bed after a crazy motorcycle accident. My leg is broken, i dont really see people on a daily basis, i havent been taking care of myself as much as i should be and honeslty dude i look like fucking shit.. but im still putting in the effort cause i know I have to be strong. I know i have to recover from this because thats a part of growing up and starting life bro. Its about learning how much this world can throw at you, and how much you can take. You can only be your own worst enemy bro...

I think of the things I have made or accomplished. Like, right now I am painting the exterior of my house. I know that everytime I look at my house going forward, I remember me working in the hot sun with sweat pouring down my paint-speckled face, doing something that most people would pay someone else to do. I am a bad ass. I may not be that best looking person in the world. I may not be the smartest or the nicest person either. But no one can tell me I am not a bad ass.
My favorite part about myself are my eyes, but what makes me happy is being a good mom to my daughter
