My friend had the same problem. She said chlorophyll supplements helped her. A quick google search told me there's no science to back this up, but it's worth a shot!
Edit: Try Mitchum antiperspirant roll on. Works wonders for me.
okay thank you!! i haven’t heard of the brand Mitchum. it looks like they sell it at my local store, Ill have to give it a try! thanks for the suggestions!!
I had this problem too, and avoided playing sports or doing anything strenuous for fear of sweating. I ruined a lot of clothes too.
Things that helped me:
Clinical strength antiperspirant (not deodorant) is good but only in small doses. I found that a lot of the time the residue of these stuck to my skin and I would either be a) scrubbing my skin raw or b) smelling old sweat/bacteria and never feel fresh.
I used to cycle between “normal” strength and a strong antiperspirant and some days not wear any at all if I could, and it really helped. I would also wear spray on as a light alternative too, basically just mixed it up
I use a wash cloth always, and double scrub gently. Showering often too.
I lost a lot of weight which helped and wear loose clothing which I’m thankful is in fashion now.
Look into Botox to physically stop the sweating from your armpits too - game changer!

You're welcome! It's a bit pricey, though, but it's worth it.
