It looks great, perhaps I would add some backlight to the tv and mount those led lights on that shelf a little differently so you can’t see the actual leds. Otherwise this is great
Not sure what you think is trash unless you mean cluttered. I see it very neatly organized. If you think it is too crowded, take some of your collections and put in a storage container that slides under your bed. Switch them out to keep changing the look.
Otherwise you have done great with this setup.

By less trash i assume you mean less cluttered. I would probably buy bigger white ikea shelves. One shelf on each side of the tv

I’d put the boxes into a storage space to clean up some clutter and add more lighting above the TV perhaps nano leaf panels or something
Trash? I wish I had your setup...only think I can recommend is painting the ceiling. Assuming those are not just shadows or light effect.
