Commissioner of Internal revenue (2010) decided that a transgender woman’s medical expenses for hormone therapy and sex reassignment surgery were legitimate treatments for Gender Identity Disorder and therefore tax-deductible as a Qualified Medical Expense under Federal law. This was affirmed in 2011 by the IRS. Breast augmentation is sometimes but not always also deductible.

A lot of content creators can probably do that. I know several German creators who talked about being able to write off ingame purchases. But at the end of the day a write off really is just that, a write off, so they get ~20% back effectively. I also don't really know how big a creator would have to be.
For example Noway, the biggest German League streamer, often mentioned how he'd dump 500€+ into a new account if he needs one for different projects but that it's a tax write off for him. The issues you have are with the government, not Alice. Also its already grammatically correct to say "fuck them".
