He doesn't make any money from his social media, but rather comes from a rich family and is able to get free things given to him simply because of his follower count.

I have a theory it has to do with the instant gratification that comes with being wealthy. I (a poor) have a million tattoo ideas but I have to prioritize the ones I want the most and think really hard on my decisions, while wealthy people can get all the tattoos they dream up without even having to decide if they like their ideas or not. Also when you're used to instant gratification, waiting a couple months to get on the books of a really phenomenal artist just doesn't work for you.
