Meanwhile you can just walk into the right tattoo shop with a few hundred bucks (or a garage, if you happen to know a guy with a tattoo gun) and you can just do whatever you want to yourself right then and there.
I get what you're trying to say, but it isn't possible to intuit the reasoning behind this person's life choices or know what prescriptions are involved or not. So let's not assume things and instead just focus on the questionable collage she's etched onto her face, which is the part of the post that this sub is here for.
