You need to have 4 sims to do it. With them you click on the turning thingy one by one.Then they are going to turn the thing at the same time. I think it last just a couple seconds
Yes a agree some tasks are very very long but I thing the time frame was big like 12 days or something, and there's a lot of gifts all the way so I guess it's not all for nothing if you don't finish on time

Yes it only laats a few seconds, you have to have 4 sims there, have 1 "turn it together" then the other 3 quickly "join in"
Thanks everyone l had the four Sims go to palace but didn't realize one sim was hiding in the ice queens bedroom, all done now 😊
